It was a clean and tidy apartment. It was spacious and comfortable. If you like the nightlife and socializing this is the location for you.

It was a central location on a busy street. Unfortunately the night clubs/bars stay open until around 3 am with music blaring all night. If you want a quiet evening I wouldn't recommend this location unless you wear earplugs to go to sleep.

Hi, This apartment is one or the worse I every stayed in. I wouldn't be as much disappointed if the description on the apartment before booking it was honest and straight forward. Firstly I was given the wrong code to access the apartment, we waited for hours outside, called the support line, they told us to keep waiting and even hung up on us. We called several times and they end up updating us with the correct entry code , we filled a complaint and they said they will get back to us but they didn't . Secondly, our apartment was directly below a club, we couldn't sleep for two night straight becuase is was just too loud and the club doesn't finish till 6am. Again if I was told this before I would have prepared my self. Thirdly as soon as walked into the apartment, it was smelly, could bare the smell, inside the apartment wasn't clean either, we had no lighten in the shower, no microwave, kettle, the internet/TV wasn't working . The list of my complains below: Wrong access code Poor Customer service Cleaning -bathroom and inside apartment dirty No lights in bathroom, thermometer not working No Microwave Internet not working Tv not working No Kettle Disco all night, couldn't sleep Noice from upstairs and downstairs Got sick after this trip Please I will like a response. It didn't rain inside. And had a balcony overlooking the pubs in the area. If you are there to party it's the ideal location.

There were some crates with linen blocking the entrance to the building from the inside. We were able to squeeze my son in so he can move them a bit so we can enter. These were there the next morning still only in a mess as there was linen everywhere. The sofa was very dirty, the dishwasher had a very heavy smell, and the kitchen furniture was coming apart. Although it's located very close to the city centre, the flat overlooks pubs and clubs. There were people partying and loud music till 7 am. Very loud music. I tried to contact smartflats about the linen but no one picked up the phone or answered my messages. All in all the worst place I ever stayed in.

The apartment was OK.

I make a reservation for 3 apartments and I end up paying more money for another hotel that night because, access code to one of the apartments was not correct. I tried calling from 16:00 pm till the following day no response from anyone. I wrote several emails to customers complain no response. I imagine if it is ghost that is their workers in that hotel. I have been writing emails for refund of the apartments that I couldn't check inn no response. No body to talk to when there is a problem. Very poor.

The location is great and very central if you are there to enjoy the nightlife. Avoid if you want a good nights sleep as you are in the centre of bars and clubs.

I called three times for bed sheets and none ever arrived. I had to sleep with no sheets for three nights. The blinds were broken so we did not sleep. The buildings lift and fire alarm were not working.

Noise from the street, dust everywhere, and not prepared with enough bed linen for 3 people. The rest was fairly decent

Apartment was nice but too much noisy 🙃 location with pubs and clubs even in ground floor was a club. Difficult to sleep 😴

The central location was fine. The apartment was also quite spacious.

Its not smartflats fault but constant noise throughout the night from bars around. My room also had no hot water so I was unable to take a shower for 2 days and one of the windows to a communal area didn't have any curtains. Slept in the lounge area both nights. Luckily the couch is comfy.

A very unpleasant stay. It was extremely loud. No sleep possible whatsoever. partying outside from 8 o‘clock in the evening until 7 in the morning. We are talking about 85 deible outside and 60 dezibel inside the Apartment.

Catastrophe

3 of 3 Person's could not sleep until 7am, because of others hosts and surrounding club's. Dangerous place since Door Codes were not changed. Foreign people just appeared in your room, because they have the same old code. Danger for health since unhygienic room and broken balcony doors, opening doors results in a falling door, so be careful. Unacceptable, it's a shame for booking.com to offer such place.

1 towel for 2 people, place was dirty (dirty dishes in diswasher, etc), no tv (remote didn't exist), staff slow to respond via message, no towels, paper or otherwise for kitchen, broken curtains in the living room.

I am sorry to inform that we will be claiming full refund of the booking plus refund of additional expences due to the fact we did not receive the code to the door and therefore we could not access the booked appartment. We had to find substitution place for the familly at night which caused a lot of trouble and resulted in a very expensive stay in Liege.

It is spacious and conveniently located close bars and shops

Not only was the bathroom small, it was also poorly equipped. Lighting was especially bad, the only dim light bulb was located far from the only mirror. and they didn’t provide any soap, in any room.

The central location was great.

It is beside a night club, bass music played Thursday to Saturday night, until after 2am. It was hard to go to sleep.

Floors were dirty, mattresses and sheets weren't properly cleaned. Condom packet and used tissues left on bedroom floor. No soap in toilet soap dispenser. No toilet roll. Someone had drawn a swastika on the lounge window! Very noisy on a Saturday night, the bass from the bar downstairs shook our insides till 5 or 6am

Very central, parking garages nearby, comfortable beds. Flexible with check out times.

The apartment was fine but it wasn’t clean. The cutlery was dirty, and so were the floors. The hallway smelled like a sewer. Despite their policy that “partying is strictly forbidden”, the accommodation did nothing to stop a massive party in the apartment next to us. That party went on until almost 10:00 in the morning, meaning we didn’t get any sleep. Very disappointed.

Beds were comfortable

Cleaning is not their profession. the flat itself is nice, lowly furnished, alright in shape. When entering the building you firstly get a bad smell of wet and old air, the elevator was broken, so only steep and narrow stairs were available. the kitchen is really sadly equipped, only ver few cuddlery and only two pots, no pans. Lamps in the bathroom were also broken - but showering in the shadows is also fine…

Absolutely not recommended, poor service, no follow up, apartment was very dirty, clearly no cleaning was done. There was no bedding for the second bed. We spent a very uncomfortable night with our two children. Absolutely not satisfied.
