Zentrale Lage, Nähe zum Parkhaus Saint Denis (50 m). Das Frühstück ist nicht ganz billig (22 €) aber sehr vielfältig und in einem imposanten Raum, der früher eine Industrie-Halle war. Nicht zu vergessen das viele Obst und der Champagner inclusive…

Wir hatten über booking.com eigentlich eine andere zum Hotel gehörende Ferienwohnung gebucht. Diese war ganz oben unter dem Dach mit einer schmalen Stiege zum zweiten, offenen Schlafraum, jedoch auch okay. Im Sommer ist es dort sicherlich sehr heiß, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist.

Lage ist zentral; Parkhaus in der Nähe; das Frühstück war sehr gut, tolle Auswahl, frisch gepresster O-Saft; sehr freundlich, frisches Rührei;

Der Fahrstuhl war beängstigend, Mini für zwei Personen, 4 Stock, keine Treppe; mega eng; da mochten wir kaum einsteigen; sehr schwierig; Glutenfreies Brot hätte ich gebraucht, habe es selbst mitgebracht; ansonsten für Zölis gute Auswahl und sauber;

Die Klimaanlage im ersten Zimmer war defekt Wir durften sofort ein neues Ziehen beziehen.

Very clean, lovely staff, very central and impressive bar and restaurant area

Our room was on the first floor adjacent to building works which were across the footpath. At 6 am a heavy duty cherry picker started up and a lorry was loaded meters from our window. The vibrations were felt through the pillow and it was extremely loud with the engines running constantly till 9am when we left the room. Upon speaking to staff when they asked "How was your stay" I explained about the problem to which they were sincerely apologetic and explained it had been happening all the time, that they have spoken to the building site and that 6 am was completely unacceptable. Whilst I understand these things can happen, the staff informed me that that this had been happening for quite some time (its a large project). Then a warning on the website when booking should appear, also the hotel was far from full and there were rooms on the other side of the hotel that could have been given to us (even if it wasn't a twin room) the room we were in should have been a last resort to be booked out. I asked for a refund on my room but this was refused nor even the offer of a complimentary breakfast to make up for the issue. We only stayed 1 night and the only point of the room was to get a decent night sleep but we had the opposite.
