The location and space.
The breakfast area was congested.

The property was nice and conveniently located to where we needed to be for our tournament.
The flow of the breakfast area and the fact that there was only 1 waffle maker which caused long lines and wait times.

The afternoon dinner on Thursday was a added bonus as well as a hot breakfast every morning. I enjoyed the pool table but didn't get to enjoy it as much as I wanted because of having to share with other guests. Love seeing the grills and firepit but did not get a chance to use either.
When we arrived it looked like one of the beds had soiled sheets and pillow case so we had to request a clean set. The wash cloths were paper thin and the hall carpets especially the one in front of the elevator, need cleaning and vacuuming but beside that everything else was great.

Laundry room could use an upgrade as I had to wash my clothes twice because the washer kept hanging up but that is literally my only critique.

rooms not clean. noted bugs in kitchen area. carpet very dirty. breakfast - selection and cleaning quality poor. overcharged for pets based on other hotel stays we had had in the same area.

Comfortable place with nice interior and good area. Mostly clean, good space with Kitchenette. Friendly staff.
