Location, ample parking

Severely unclean ( obvious stains, uncleaned gunk on head board and walls), room decor ripped off walls most furniture dated and broken, tub and sink severely damaged, had 3 pre authorizations for 1 night,

The only thing to like about this property was that there was a place to sleep... barely.

There was black mold growing on the bathroom walls. Cracks in the tub, rips in the mattress. They provided 1 towel and 1 washcloth for a room with two people. The lady at the front desk was rude. The outside of the building was covered in trash and people walking through the parking lot who weren't staying there. There was smoking in non smoking areas including right in front of my door by another person. Holes in the walls, and loud neighbors.

Nothing it was dirty room was not cleaned I didn’t even stay in it. I wish I could get a. Refund

The cleanliness of the room it wasn’t clean, it smelled, it was dirty and the location was unsafe. I want a refund.

This was the worse lodging I’ve ever been in. It smelled like cigarettes when I asked for nonsmoking. The TV didn’t work and the bed was hard. I didn’t have a choice but to say because it was 12am when I arrived 🤬

It was dirty and had cockroaches I don't think I'll book through booking.com again unless you all wrap me back and let me know something

nothing! someone tried to break into my room, it was dirty upon arrival and smelt like cigarettes. when I told staff they moved me to a room two doors down. the next room didn’t have WiFi, I asked to get a full refund and I’ll just find a new stay..they didn’t do anything to help

the only positive was how kind the woman at the front desk was. everything was out of her control but she was incredibly kind
