Lovely location, tons of restaurants nearby. The house was so clean and just as presented. Kitchen was so well stocked. Would be a great place for a longer stay, too. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to any needs. Would definitely recommend if you are staying the the Dayton area.

We enjoyed our stay and the home was very relaxing! Neighborhood was very quiet and had easy access to everything nearby! We had a wonderful time being back in Beavercreek visiting family and friends and the home made it feel even better! The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Easy, clean

The house is just like the photos show - very comfortable. The kitchen is well-supplied with all you need to prepare food. Lots of towels, extra blankets, as well as a variety of toiletries were available as well. We enjoyed seeing a rabbit each day and a groundhog one day in the back yard!

We came into town for WGI Percussion Championships. The location was convenient to UD, Nutter and the interstate to get back and forth to KY. The house was beautifully supplied. I don’t think they left a stone unturned, which doesn’t happen everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again.

If you are looking for a roomy, warm and cozy place to stay this is it. I highly recommend. It’s close to Wilberforce University and Wright State. Also a perfect kitchen and coffee bar for the home away from home feel.

This property was all that it was promised to be: very clean, bright, well-equipped kitchen, great bedrooms and bathrooms. We will definitely stay here again.

This beautiful home was exactly what I was looking for…. a quiet and comfortable place to relax and rest. Everything is updated and beautiful! The bed was so comfortable and bathroom was gorgeous. The whole place was nice and cozy!

Was a great place to stay but we were overcharged $320 for an extra bed that we did not ask for or need. I have tried several time to contact the owner, but have been ignored.

The pictures actually don't do this home justice! Exceptionally clean, very well stocked with everything you need and even things you didn't realize you need or forgot (travel/emergency toothbrush!). Beds comfortable, linens are fresh. The home feels larger than 1200 sq ft! The location is outstanding. Very quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, close to everything in Dayton including Yellow Springs, the Airforce Museum, Carillon Park all within just a few minutes. Appliances are new and there is a brand new gas grill and wonderful new gazebo on the deck (Which were nice surprises as they were not even in the photos when we booked!) Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nothing but positives about the property and communication with owner! The house is immaculate and Lisa provides a ton of extra special perks with your stay. We left laundry and without any extra cost she FEdex'd to our home once discovering in the dryer. Highly recommend. Will stay there in a heart beat when back in the area.

The house was SUPER CUTE. Communication with the owners was easy-peasy. The cleaners need to do a little better job. The sheets were stained so it creeps ya out a little. Great short stay. Wish we could’ve stayed our full rental time, we had something come up & had to leave early. Just have the cleaners bleach out stains in the sheets & towels & clean up dust under furniture, all hardwoods make it super easy to do.

The interior is tastefully decorated and has everything you need (dishes, towels, coffee maker and creamer packets). House is very convenient to the hospital and comfortable for my son.

We were in town to visit elderly parents but were nervous about staying in a hotel in this Covid environment. This was a perfect option considering we were not having our normal trip back home - visiting restaurants and stores we love and miss. Very comfortable for the “down” times! Lisa was wonderful - very communicative! Decor is adorable! Hope to stay here again on a future trip!

We stayed here for 2 weeks, the neighborhood was perfect for us as we liked to walk. It was very close to many restaurants and the maill, which we liked alot. the place was roomy and comfortable. The owner was amazing, she communicated with us when we had questions and was very accomodating. The bathrooms were very nice and the shower was very large. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were in Dayton to celebrate Thanksgiving at my daughter's house. This house was very clean and did have a cool retro feel. The bathrooms looked newly remodeled. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Accessibility was great. There was one short step to the front door and the bathroom has with a walk-in shower. The house was easy to find and close to my daughters house.

My mom, sisters, and I got away for a quick ladies weekend, and this house was perfect! We were very close to lots of shopping and eating options, and the decor was so much fun. We would definitely come back!

We loved this home! Our only problem was that the mattresses and pillows were not very comfortable, very hard. Everything else was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is beautifully updated and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is conveniently located--close to sights, restaurants, and shopping. Lisa was so helpful and easy to communicate with. If we make our way back to Dayton we would stay here again for sure.
