The location is excellent. While I was there, l realized that the staff in Boly Osaka are friendly. I have to mention the body wash provided, I love the fragrance.

The room is too dark for comfort. My husband and I have to use the phone’s torchlight to find our smaller items from the bags.

Good room overlooking the river. Sadly it rained so we were unable to enjoy the roof terrace which looked good. Friendly staff in the hotel and adjoining associated restaurant.

A bit distant from the nightlife but easily accessible by public transport.

Perfect for a few days in Osaka: easy to reach from the station and the two main underground lines to the city (e.g. 3 stops to Dotonbori area) are in easy walking distance. The room is spacious with a great bathroom (we loved the shampoo ☺️), there is a bar with free coffee and drinks to buy for consumption on the small rooftop terrace with views across the neighbouring canal with its tourist boats cruising. To top it off, the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. All in all a clear recommendation!

The balcony in our room had stunning views of the river There is an amazing rooftop terrace for those without a balcony. Our room was massive.

Good Hotel! super service. Every day new towels and water were put in front of the door (because we did not want cleaning). The staff was really suuuper friendly. Always happy to stay again. Osaka Castle a few minutes away. Universal Studio easily accessible. Everything top.

Location was awesome , i loved this place was super special in our Japan trip. The host even greeted us in fluent spanish wich was extra nice.

A modern hotel, close to several subway lines. The room was spacious and clean with great views over the river and super comfy beds. There is a rooftop area and you can buy drinks downstairs at the bar if you fancy a breeze and a chill. The staff were so helpful booking airport taxi's for us and helping to return our pocket wifi (p.s. definitely get a pocket wifi for exploring so you have access to maps/subway routes etc when you're out and about - costs about 350 yen £1.75, per day online). If you don't need a room clean you will get fresh towels and water dropped by your door. Anything else you need just ask at reception. The ladies we spoke to were amazing and provided maps with restaurant recommendations and all sorts. 10/10 and thank you for our stay x Oh - and the Bluetooth shower kept my 13yr old boy much cleaner than he's ever been 🤣🤣🤣 have ordered one for our house after staying here!!!

Location is perfect, (standard) room was spacious and had a very nice bathroom Roof terrace is a very relaxing place Staff is very helpful, were recommending very nice restaurants (and luckily also booking a table) in line with our budget (they asked us how much we wanted to spend). Nice artsy details everywhere.

It would be nice to be able to access the hotel floors by stairs, not always by elevator. Pancake servings at breakfast could be a little larger - I was travelling with my adolescent child who was still very hungry after breakfast.

The hotel smelled like a subway(there is a subway underneath) and they tried their best to cover up the smell but it was still smelly. The couches are leather which is where our teens slept. It was hard to keep the bedding on that they provided and our kids complained that it was not comfortable. I could imagine it would be even more uncomfortable for adults
