Notre appartement - numéro 469 est un rez de chaussée entièrement climatisé 2 chambres, 2 salle de bain appartement avec WiFi gratuit dans Balaia Golf Village. 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Les jardins du village sont magnifiquement aménagés avec des arbres de pins et de chênes-lièges matures. Il y a 6 piscines à choisir. 4 courts de tennis, croquet, tennis de table et terrain de boules. Un club de santé avec piscine intérieure, salle de gym, etc et restaurant avec bar sont tous à proximité de l'appartement, tout comme la réception. propre 9 trous par 3 parcours de golf de Balaia est idéal pour pratiquer votre jeu court et a un beau club-house avec bar et restaurant. En été, il est le club pour enfants - réservables et payables à la réception. Un petit supermarché est juste autour du coin et plusieurs restaurants locaux sont accessibles à pied. Championnat de golf tout au long de l'Algarve sont facilement accessibles en voiture.

This apartment was spotless and fully stocked with all kinds of suprises, all the accomodation is immaculte and especially the Kitchen and Bathrooms. location wise it is perfect for this area with numerous pools within a few mins walk and shops 2 mins, this accomodation will be stored under favourites

This was our 3rd time staying at the Duncan’s apartment building n our 7th vacation at the Balaia Golf Vullage resort.
The apartment is very well located at the entrance of the resort, close to the supermarket and not very far from Maria Luisa beach.
Communication with the owner is excellent and hence why we chose this apartment for multiple times over the weekend cent years.
Very well equipped with all you need for self catering vacations. Ground floor with strip of garden shared by a handful of other appartments.
Would recommend to everyone especially family with children .

It was lovely and spacious and close to the pools and local shops.
The area was perfect and short cab rides away from loads of lovely areas.
The host was amazing and and provided us with so munch information making our stay even more enjoyable.

We were so impressed with how well equipped and spacious the apartment was there was everything you would need and more!! All the information provided prior to our holiday was very comprehensive and again everything and more than we needed. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant around the complex and in reception. Everything was also very clean and well kept. We will definitely be looking to return, many thanks for letting us stay!! :-)

The property is nice, it’s in a quiet location outside of town. Within walking distance to golf, restaurants and shopping. Unit was clean and well furnished, bed was not comfortable though. Staff at the office where very good, all really nice helpful people.

Prima appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien
Prima vakantie gehad in dit appartement, dicht bij de receptie en diverse zwembaden.
Appartement is voorzien van alle gemakken, inclusief spullen voor mee naar het strand, zodat je die niet mee hoeft te nemen uit Nederland. Op zich blijft het appartement redelijk koel, wordt het toch is te warm, dat werkt de airco prima. Mensen bij de receptie kunnen je prima helpen met al je vragen, autohuur, taxis, transfers, kortingen voor aquapark, dingen met betrekking tot het appartement, etc.
Bezoekers van het park zijn divers, families, gezinnen, ouderen, jeugd, jongeren.
Houdt rekening mee dat er ook na 23:00 nog flink geluid kan worden gemaakt door (met name) Portugese bezoekers (incidenteel).
Wij hadden in dit appartement bovenburen, daarbij was het schuiven van stoelen over de tegel vloer nogal storend (misschien moeten ze daar viltjes onder de poten doen), maar ook conversaties zijn zo nu en dan hoorbaar.
Verder prima vakantie gehad.

Very good apartment ,ideally situated near main entrance and reception area. (still very peaceful)The apartment was spotlessly clean and had every thing we needed and more.We spent 15 days here 2 adults and 3 children ,plenty space storage ect..and was very nicely decorated.
Complex is fab.. beautifully maintained to a high standard,we loved it will differently return.I would highly recommend for all ages !
