Very nice staff and location close to the bus terminal and restaurants. Had a nice kitchen and a nice garden terrace

The room was a bit humid

Great location for the train station. Lovely outside space where you can watch tree lizards. Strong aircon in the room, nice clean facilities and the host made us some coffee when we arrived.

Not a 24 hr reception - bear this in kind if you arrive off a night bus at 7am! There was very loud music played by local businesses all day and into the night with no let-up which really affected our enjoyment of the hotel. If it was quieter it would have been ideal.

Buen servicio, personal amable, tuvimos que realizar un cambio en la reserva y todo fue fácil. Buen wifi, buen aacc, agua caliente perfecta, buena localización a 10 minutos andando de la plaza central, pero en zona tranquila, posibilidad de aparcar el coche en el mismo hotel.

Para nosotros no fue un gran problema, pero la habitación era muy humeda.

Little guesthouse tucked away at the end of a quiet street, but walking distance from Parque Central (about 15 minutes on foot) and very close to a lot of good restaurants and nice cafe. The room was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was big and well equipped, and the little balcony facing the garden was great. Having breakfast there, or ending the day just chilling there with a book and a drink was great, and it felt like being in the middle of the jungle. Super easy to reach the ruins from there, you can just catch the collectivo on the main road, and it's a 3-minute walk to the bus station, so the location is pretty much perfect.

Tiny little thing: could have a few more staples in the kitchen (oil for example; there was only salt). Otherwise everything was great!

The location is excellent, close to everything, including the bus station. It has everything you need around. But it is on an extremely calm and silent street. It's a house that was converted into an inn. The house is beautiful, charming, transmits peace, has a balcony facing a beautiful forest. The atmosphere of the place is wonderful. You can use the kitchen to prepare breakfast or simple meals. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

There was no hot water for a shower. Our room was on a lower level from the street, so it was a little damp and stuffy.

Très calme et propre, super pour cuisiner le soir son propre repas, le personnel est accueillant et le jardin est très beau et exotique ! L’auberge est clairement bien positionnée, puisque elle se trouve au sein du quartier touristique.

El propietario es muy amable y servicial. Nos permitió entrar a la habitación a las 9 de la mañana ya que llegamos de Mérida en el autobús de las 8 cuando el check in comienza a las 15h. La habitación amplia, cómoda y muy limpia, con cafetera, plancha, agua, paraguas, gel... La casa está rodeada de selva y hace que la estancia sea expectacular. Se encuentra a sólo 3 minutos de la estación ADO

Ein total schönes Haus in ruhiger Top-Lage! Sehr sauber und liebevoll gepflegte Unterkunft, mitten in einem kleinen Dschungel, und trotzdem auch richtig zentral gelegen. Zu Fuß vom Bus Terminal in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, auch ideal zum Spazieren in das Stadtzentrum, viele Möglichkeiten schnell Lokale zum Essen und/oder Trinken, und Geschäfte aller Art zu finden. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit eigenem Kühlschrank -Fach kann problemlos genützt werden, genauso wie eine schöne Terrasse, mit Möglichkeit die Natur und deren Bewohner - direkt vor der Nase - zu beobachten, während man gemütlich frühstücken kann. Trinkwasser ist dort auch frei verfügbar! - Was für ein Luxus!!! Die Gastgeber sind rund um die Uhr da und sehr hilfsbereit. Uns wurde sogar angeboten, weil wir bereits am Vormittag mit dem Nachtbus angekommen waren, unser Gepäck aufzubewahren und dann bereits um 10.00 a.m. unser Zimmer zu beziehen. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht, mit Handtuch -Wechsel. Die Ausstattung und die Größe waren unübertroffen - die beste Unterkunft, die wir nach über 2 Wochen Mexiko bewohnt hatten!

This property totally exceeded my expectations, even though I stayed one night. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I felt like at home. I was allowed to check in much earlier. When I came back to grab my backpack a few hours after check out, I was offered a clean towel and a possibility to take a shower before boarding on a bus. I don't think I have ever seen such client-friendly service anywhere else. WiFi signal is very strong and stable. The surroundings are quiet. The rooms are clean, beds comfy. I totally recommend this place!

Such a nice house! I instantly fell in love with their cat which is the softest and cutest, still have around a million pics of her on my phone. The rooms are very bright and big, but the pest part is kitchen with a terrace! So well equipped and cleab at all times. The staff there is really cleaning the house 24/7, to the point you actually feel a tiny bit annoyed but you know its for a good cost! Oh, and there is jungle just next to the house with the most magical sounds ever.

The staff/owner are not really helpful when asking them about things and noone speaks english, but this is not something to judge.

Ce charmant petit hôtel de seulement quelques chambres est idéalement situé à Palenque, dans la Canada, zone très sûre et touristique avec de nombreux bars et restaurants. Le centre est à 5/10 min à pied et le terminal ADO est à 200 mètres (très pratique !) Le cadre est idéal, avec un grand jardin tropical et une terrasse à disposition, très calme. L'hôtel dispose d'une grande cuisine entièrement équipée en libre accès, avec café à volonté le matin. Les chambres sont très lumineuses et très spacieuses, la literie est très confortable, la salle de bain est fonctionnelle et immense. La climatisation fonctionne bien, ce qui est très appréciable vu la chaleur :) Recommandé !

Everything, it was super clean, it’s a beautiful quiet place and the best night sleep we had in a while. The shower was really good as well, which isn’t a given at every place. You can use the kitchen, make yourself coffee and they have drinking water which you’re free to take. Really friendly and welcoming people here.

Fantastic location near lots of restaurants and near the bus station. It was easy to get a collectivo nearby to visit the ruins. The terrace outside with the gardens was lovely and we enjoyed sitting out there with a coffee. The room was really comfortable.

Smell from the bathroom/shower/drain But this is a problem in every part of mexico and in nearly every household. There was a bit of construction noise in the neighbourhood which was immediately taken care of by the owner and it subsided. I was impressed
