The hotel is small but really well-kept. It was clean, wonderfully situated and has great amenities for a small hotel. Wonderful pool that has a lot of shade, pool side service, a nice restaurant, and very friendly staff. The room we stayed in was not fancy but it had everything we needed (including wi-fi and tv), it was very clean, had air conditioning, and was quiet.

we found the staff rather disinterested, particularly in the restaurant in the evening. the meals in the restaurant were so-so. eat at the next restaurant up the hill instead.

Location is very good if you arrive to the ADO bus station. Everything is in walking distance. The staff was friendly, they speak english. The room was clean. The reastaurant is nice, the meals are delicious and they make great cocktails. The safe deposit box is good if you would like to go for a 2-3day jungle trip and would like to leave your valuable stuff in the hotel.

I feel the laundry service was a little bit overpriced and we were expect to give tip for that too. The rooms are loud, you can hear the restaurant from the other side of the hotel. There were little bugs in the room. We are not experts but after some researching we thought those were baby bedbugs. We already had a lot of mosquito bites so we are not sure.

We asked for an early check-in as we came on the overnight bus. We booked 2 rooms and asked if we could possibly have one early. We were finally given a room at 1.30 pm. Nearly all the guests checked out before 9 am and the hotel was almost empty. I just think they could have tried harder. We also paid 50% of a full night to have a late 6 pm check out. I know we weren't entitled to anything but with a near empty hotel a little goodwill would go a long way.

The hotel has the perfect location for a visit to the ruins of Peleque. The rooms are quiete and the hotel area with its pool very nice. We were also able to do a late checkout - so we could freshen up after the visit of the ruins and before our ride with the nightbus.

The light in the room is very "cold" and makes the room a little uncomfortable. The price of the late checkout is a little overpriced (half a night) and only is till 18 o clock available.

That was the best hot shower I've had in 8 months of being in Mexico, with lots of hot water and good water pressure. The bed was super comfortable. The location amazing, Centro but tucked away on the off street with hotels and restaurants where it's quiet with lots of trees and sounds of monkeys and birds. The balcony off the bedroom into the center square was lovely. The pool lounge area with water fall feature very relaxing.

The wifi was very weak. Didn't seem to work much from the room or the balcony off the room. Maybe just a bad day.

close to ADO Bus Terminal and Colectivos to the Ruins, safe area, super clean rooms. My rooms wasn‘t ready when I arrived at 8.30am, but they were able to provide me with a clean shower after a night bus ride

it was nicely laid out in a very posh looking boulevard. it was convenient to have a restaurant at the hotel, although I usually ate at a restaurant in the square only a 10 minute walk from the place. I even had a monkey come into my room when I left the door open , how awesome. The room I had was on the third floor, with high ceilings. when I opened both doors (entry and balcony) and used the ceiling fan, the temperature was perfect. The pool was kept very clean, serviced daily. The staff were very friendly and even provided me ice for my day trips.
