we thought the pool would be heated. did not know it was extra cost each day. did not care for the cockroaches!

Enjoyed the layout of House . Pool was nice BUT would be Lots better if Heated !! Good Beds . Liked having TV in all rooms of the house. Beautiful Kitchen and well stocked with plenty of cooking items. Washer and Dryer was great to have.

Need to Fix A/C unit !! 76 degrees is not cool enough Plus it couldn't even keep it that cool !! Sure wished the pool had been Heated .. ?? Only cleaned the center of the rooms , my wife went and got a mop and mopped the house because it wasn't clean.

The pool area was great. Lots of pool toys for grandchildren activities. Being on the canal was nice for fishing. We had hired a service to go fishing and they were able to pick us up directly at the property.

Little things like cupboard handle above fridge and sink were dangling. Yard outside of pool area seemed to be done unprofessionally. The house, pool, and accommodations were wonderful. Value not happy face due to price I have paid in the past for comparable properties. Also felt there should always be a full propane tank on hand for the outside grill. Someone on vacation should not have to ever fill a tank or have the worry they run out.
