Gute Lage, alles vorhanden

Clean pool on a timer so it cleans itself everyday. Big rooms. Two bathrooms. Boris takes pride in the home and it shows. Very friendly neighbor.

Boris was a little scary. He acted odd at me and the two teen girls with me. He "likes girls". Friendly until I said my husband was flying in for the last couple nights of our stay. Then made me pay him cash right then and wouldn't leave. We left to Publix so he would leave. Just odd. We stayed back in May 2023 and I waited to review so I would not be as negative. There were a couple bugs in the kitchen so we kept our food in the nice fridge. It is Florida after all.

Easy access to canal right off the pool area. Good location. Quiet area.

Booking website stated "Heated Pool" but when we got there it was not heated and would have to pay extra to get it heated. Small cockroaches scurrying around at night. Landlord came and sprayed which reduced their number to did not eliminate them. Both secondary beds squeaked loudly.

The Russian man that handed the keys was waiting for me the day before the check in, then he asked for a cash deposit of $300 for possible damages. it was given to him without a receipt and the day of the check out he told my family that we broke city laws, house rules and so many other inventions of his, because to him more people than we said were sleeping in the house. He has a very aggressive attitude and even call me names on the phone before hanging up on me and throwing the $300 to my cousin. We rented a house with 3 bedrooms for 4 people and 2 of them were young adults who stayed in the 2 twin beds and 2 other adults that used the other 2 rooms. My cousin and my sister had to clean the kitchen full of tiny cockroaches and there is a rat nest or something in the roof that kept waking up everyone, to the point that we swap my parents to my cousin, because they could not sleep the first night. I am no regular tourist renting a place, I am a neighbor that would have use the service every time I have visitors from out of town, but this man was so rude I told him to do as his wished, that this would be the last time he heard from me, that next time it would be the police and my lawyer. that made him so angry my cousin fear he was going to hit her.

Ideal layout with large great room and 12 foot wide panel of patio doors overlooking pool. Private master bedroom on separate side of house from other bedrooms. Nice TVs, sectional, and overall decor decent. We got our $300 cash deposit back when Boris happy at the end of stay, whew!

Be forewarned...Boris can be very intimidating with tone and behavior, just grin and bear it. Read the fine print-bring $300 CASH deposit because no grace before check in. You can request pool to be heated if you hand over $15/day cash first.. then a 2 day wait for warmup. 2/3 of pool cage screens missing so bugs and birds welcome, fridge water/ice broken, raggedy wash cloths, worn bed linens, no patio grill. Shower door opens into shower so you'll use your full arm to get initial temp adjusted

Lovely villa in a beautiful setting on the canal system . Good access to main roads . Lots of previous tenant leftovers left for everybody’s use , toilet rolls , bin bags etc , stuff you normally have to get at Walmart .

Rubbish left in kitchen bin and mouldy coffee left in coffee machine .
