Profitez de vacances au bord de l'océan et de vous réveiller au son des vagues! Cette villa de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains mise à jour est idéalement située au cœur de East Beach. Le parc Night Heron, le marché East Beach, le spa et les boutiques du sanctuaire se trouvent à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la porte d'entrée. Sans oublier, la plage est juste à votre porte arrière!
En entrant dans la villa, vous êtes accueillis avec un beau mobilier mis à jour. Il y a des vues sur l'océan de presque chaque pièce! Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat et de confortables canapés pour se reposer après une longue journée sur la plage. Depuis le salon, faites un pas sur le balcon privé et profitez de la brise de l'océan. La table peut accueillir 6 personnes et se situe juste à côté de la cuisine entièrement rénovée et équipée. Le luxe moderne s'étend dans cette pièce, qui contient des armoires personnalisées avec des étagères ouvertes, un dosseret de tuiles, ainsi que de magnifiques comptoirs en granit.

Great for a family visit but not for a work trip. Expected it to be a little more updated. Downstairs was great. But no ac upstairs just fyi. Bathrooms were very clean so that was nice.

Great property. Loved being right at the beach

We appreciated the most the location of this condo where we enjoyed the sunrise every morning from the balcony. Nearby FreshFields Village was very convenient with grocery, restaurants and shops. Biking trails and property in general were well kept. The unit was very clean even down to the baseboards. Our only recommendation is some maintenance and upkeep of the unit due to expected "wear and tear." Our ice maker did not work, light bulbs under the cabinets were burnt out or not working, the fan in the second floor bathroom did not work, dry wall behind the living room chairs were cracked (probably from people leaning back or pushing back into the wall), and one of the living room chairs needed repair to the upholstery to the right arm (got scratched by it). Overall it was a wonderful stay, and we would stay there again.

Beautiful, tranquil home with great location.
Exceptional home in quiet secluded neighborhood. Loved coffee and drinks on the deck by the lagoon, swimming in the pool and lounging in the hot tub after pickle ball, tennis, golf, bike rides, beach walks and swims.

The property is right on the beach and the view is great but there were a lot of roaches. I understand a few, but we probably shewed off 20-25 in our 4 day stay. They were on the table, couch, counter top, in the dishwasher and even one in the refrigerator. There were several places that need attention in the unit, like some holes in the walls that need patching, a really musty smell as you walk in the door, a hole where the doorbell used to be, wires dangling from where a smoke detector should be in the master bedroom, duct tape holding the threshold of the stairs together, and quite a few other things that I wouldn’t have expected for a room at this price. Overall we were disappointed in this unit.

Great location
So convenient. We’ve been coming to Kiawah for 23 years and have never stayed on the beach or in a condo. We were happy with it although it was much smaller than what we are used to. But the views of the beach made up for that.

We had a great time at this oceanfront property. One of the beds was a full size, as was the fold out sofa, so for three adult cousins, it was a bit difficult for sleeping arrangements. Needs Improvement
Pots pans skillets need replaced. Cook not fry bacon make pan cakes etc.. everything stuck and burned..(after using lots of Pam)
Not enough coffee mugs -we only had 3 people.
Small bedroom upstairs was extremely hot. The fan was no help.
Too hot to sleep comfortably.
Living area too small for more than 2 people..just not what we are us to for a three bedroom condo.
We called maintenance the 2nd day about not enough hot water when taking a bath. A man came out and said he needed someone other than him to further look into it.. no one came. We all had to shower the entire time. 2 of the three of us are bath people.
Walls, baseboards and vents look dirty.
Dryer made an annoying noise when running.
We actually left early.

This was my annual girl’s week..year 17. As we did not elect to travel via air Kiawah was a drivable option for. Upon arrival we were disappointed at the lack of available luggage carts. Steps are everywhere... from the parking lot to to elevators. The front door was very insecure. The entire frame moves when you open/close it. This unit was a townhome. Master bedroom on the main level (no TV in BR as per owner) split flight of stairs to second bedroom, then up another set of 4 steps to the third bedroom. This area also had a small sitting area with a pullout sofa. Air conditioning was inadequate in this area. I used a box fan to circulate air. All three sleeping areas share 1 bathroom. In our case this was not an issue but after my experience it would have been very challenging for 6 people. What was an issue was the shower valve. It did not work. It spun around until it connected to whatever place the water came out requiring adjustments, multiple adjustments to find the hot water. Maintenance was called, responded and informed me they had been there before but could not fix it as it would require replacing the plumbing in the wall. So ok I will take a bath and wash my hair in the sink. Could not do that as no hot water only luke warm to the tub. Now back to shower. Finally able to adjust the valve to get warm water (took about 5 mins each time) then worked and worked to get the water to finally turn off. I was not moving to another unit.Then no WiFi on second floor. Sweeetgrass responded with an extender but I still had no success. There was a broken board on the top step which Sweetgrass tried to fix but only put a bandaid repair on it. Hope it does not cause a fall. Now to the VERY SMALL deck. Small table & chairs. Would not work for 8, 6 or even 4 people. VERY SMALL.I paid for extra COVID cleaning (cost was refunded) but the unit overall was not clean, needed painting , holes in walls needed repair as well as dust/grit on shutters/window sills. Easy, Clean, and Safe!
Our experience with Sweetgrass was great. I was very nervous to come on a vacation with Covid 19. Our unit was clean! The liens were soft, the towels were soft! The bedroom was a good size. The kitchen was well stocked to cook. The VIEW WAS AMAZING! We loved the contactless check in and out and the option to have extra towels. We really enjoyed our trip!

Great Views and Location
We had a very relaxing stay in this beautiful condo. The views were amazing and the condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. Maybe because of the pandemic but there were no dish towels, potholders or basics like salt & pepper, etc. so be prepared to bring everything from home. It was nice to have chair and umbrella rentals as you entered the beach. Also access to the bike paths was close.

The condo was very nicely furnished and comfortable, but has a few things the owner needs to fix:
> the shower tap in the upstairs bath is really wonky and hard to regulate and turn off
>the deadbolt lock is very hard to lock and unlock with the key (especially the keychain, vs. lockbox, key
>several screens have holes (largest on the balcony door)
>one of the windows in the main floor bedroom is broken
>we couldn't find a broom or dustpan anywhere!! -- would be really handy!
> the new hide-a-bed was not fully unpacked (there were massive amounts of tape and plastic ties to be removed in order to pull out the bed) -- and even more important -- it wasn't made up, and there was no bedding that we could find to fit it. Your housekeeper did deliver a set of sheets, but there was no mattress pad or comforter for that size bed, so my daughter did without for 6 nights -- a first world problem for sure, but still!
As I said, these are all minor and we had a great time, but for the nightly cost, I believe these items should be taken care of.

Overall a good unit. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated and nice. However, living room furniture needs replaced, now. The bedroom with two queen beds wasn’t useable due to lack of AC to that level. Bathroom rugs were filthy. Had to wash them ourselves. View and location was great

Perfect Kiawah Beach Vacation
Our stay was perfect. We woke up to sounds of the surf and enjoyed beautiful ocean views from the dining area. Afternoon walks on the beach were romantic and relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful week with family
The property was more than lovely and more than expected. Nicely appointed and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Great balcony to enjoy the beach view. Two rooms have beach views. Convenient elevator. Beds and pillows comfortable. Games and books available for use. We have been going to Kiawah off and on for 30 years. Nicest condo we have stayed in.
One suggestion - place comfy sitting chairs in King bedroom on 2nd floor and also in 2nd floor sitting area. Difficult to get away and read unless one lays in bed.

Great family condo
Exactly as advertised. Clean, we’ll maintained, everything we needed. Great location and amazing view. Only thing that I’d suggest is that most of the other units have access to storage areas on the ground floor for beach chairs, toys, bikes, etc. There is a designated storage spot for this unit, but we did not have access to it. Had to haul all of the sandy beach toys up to the 4th floor and leave outside. Still think the place was great and worth 5 stars, that’s just the only complaint we had

Place was ok.
We loved the location of the property. Our disappointment comes with cleanliness. We had to wash much of the kitchen items before we could use them. The kitchen floor was sticky. The garbage can had not totally been emptied and smelled-food was left underneath the new bag that had been left in the can. The additional garbage bags left for our use were too small for the can. We recognize that these are cleaning company issues but, this is what was disappointing.
