Really nice place to stay. Great layout and setup for multiple adults and family. Comfy beds and well stocked with misc. items. Nice decks, hot tub. Privacy with mountain view, but not high up with short distance to main roads.

We had a wonderful time! My family (husband, 2 kids, 15 & 19) and parents enjoyed this wonderful home that had everything you need on vacation. Communication with the owners was helpful, quick, and valuable. We’ve stayed in other places and dealing with management companies is our least favorite, so we enjoyed this owner/operator immensely. The home is just as it’s listed and has all the kitchen and bath items you might need or have forgotten. We loved playing shuffleboard and even though we didn’t use it, the hot tub looked very clean. The view was amazing and we were on the porch every morning and evening. We will definitely return!

While we did go in to Asheville several times, we could have easily stayed at the house and enjoyed ourselves. Our group had several that like to cook and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. We spent many hours outside on the deck enjoying the beautiful views. I can’t think of a single thing that could have been added to the house to make our stay any better. Great place to relax and unwind.

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful home in the mountains. Tari and Jim had every ready for us. The house was clean and very nicely and tastefully furnished. Could not have asked for a more comfortable and private home. What a view!!! Almost hated to leave it each day to go exploring and hiking. Wish we could have stayed a month!!!

My wife and I stayed here with another couple. The way the house is laid out we were able to have our separate spaces with the master on the main floor and another full size bedroom with a king bed downstairs which was perfect. House is pretty secluded aside from a few houses in the cul-de-sec. Everything was very clean. Views were excellent. It’s 20 minutes from Asheville so it’s pretty close but definitely not in the city.

We booked this oroperty for the views and it did not dissapoint. Simply gorgeous. On top of that, the home as comfortable with everything we needed. Communication was easy and helpful as we had one small issue that was resolved satisfactorily. We enjoyed using the fire pit.

Spent a few days in this lovely cabin with my wife and two young kids. The house, property, everything was absolutely amazing. We spent afternoons on the deck, watching the sunset and enjoying our dinner. The kids loved the hot tub, fire pit, and shuffle board table. The cabin is in the perfect location where you are close enough to Asheville, and all of the other amenities, but you are high enough up in the mountains to feel secluded and enjoy some much-needed, peace and quiet. Tarri was super easy to communicate with, and the whole process from beginning to end was super easy, thank you so much!

This home was beautiful, from the furnishings to the view of the mountains. The owners go above and beyond in every attention to detail. Very well stocked kitchen. House was immaculate, with comfortable beds, tv's in all the rooms, fireplaces in the common room, hot tub on the lower outside deck, amazing views of the mountains from the upper and lower deck and gas grill. Lots of comfy outdoor seating to watch the stars come out. There is a large fire pit with adirondack chairs. The home is close to Asheville and hiking trails. We will definitely be back!

The pictures do not do this place justice! The owners were fantastic with communication and even let us check in early. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed and more (extra toothbrushes and soaps in the bathroom) extra blankets for the living room and beach towels for the hot tub. Beds were SO comfortable. 10/10 would absolutely stay there again!

The house was absolutely perfect! Everything was beyond well-stocked, there were even cotton balls/q-tips and extra toothbrushes available!
Both sets of steps *are* steep, which could make this home a questionable choice for someone who has difficulty with steps, but the bottom floor is walk-in from the garage (the remote for the garage is left for the renter), and there is a a living area, a kitchenette, a bedroom and bathroom as well as a walk-out balcony with amazing views, so that accommodations are accessible for everyone. I’d highly recommend it for multiple couples or family!
The owners were super to communicate with, and helpful in making suggestions for activities in the area, as well as answering any questions. The check-out process was, by far, the most simple we have ever been through.

AMAZING
Our stay from start to finish was better than advertised. Before we even arrived Tarri stayed in touch with us and made us feel comfortable. We've stayed in many homes and some small glitches are always to be expected. Not so this time! As good as the pictures were actually being there was even better. The views were amazing and everything about our stay from the hot tub to the super comfortable beds were nothing short of feeling like you were at a top level resort. I urge anyone planning a vacation in this area, please, please, please choose this property. We can't wait to come back.

Great Christmas stay!
Met family from all over for a relaxing stay over Christmas. The owners went the extra mile to put up a tree and Christmas decorations to make. House is very well stocked and plenty of fun activities to partake in. Very welcoming and responsive as well. We travel all of the time and this is one of the best vacation rental experiences we've ever had!

Beautiful Home in a Great Location
This home is everything that's advertised and more. We didn't even begin to use all the amenities this home offered because there are so many. It's spacious, clean, maintained well, in a great location, decorated tastefully, and a comfortable. The view from the deck is revitalizing and I found myself upon waking heading out on the deck to see what new beauty it had to offer to start my day. The deck faces the west so it is
perfect for viewing sunsets, however, morning sunrises with fog and clouds are just as spectacular. Thanks for letting us share you wonderful home.

Much needed reset for tough year and a half
This property exceeded our expectations. The photos and descriptions on the website are accurate and don't do it justice! Beautiful everywhere you look. The most well stocked and provisioned place we have ever stayed at. Tarri and Jim were responsive immediately to our reservation and all of our questions. They let us know when we arrived that their maintenance person was coming to check the hot tub and when he knocked at the door to tell us he was there , he put his mask on first which we greatly appreciated during this difficult pandemic time. The location was great for easy access to many places and hiking. Beds were very comfortable and we slept well. We didn't get to take advantage of the hot tub or lovely fire pit but we will next time. Cannot say enough good things about this experience from start to finish!

Perfect for our crew!
This place was perfect for our group of 6 (3 couples - all family). Other reviews noted how everything was thought of - and it was. Beds were comfortable, lots of outdoor furniture, clean AND (a special pet peeve of mine ) knives were sharp! ( That sounds weird, but I assure you this is just for food prep.)
Views were great, hot tub was perfect temp, and sorry we didn’t make time for the fire pit.
We drove into Asheville a few times and convenient there. I might recommend if you have all wheel drive, that is a plus as it’s a climb up to the home and to get to some trail heads. But, not a requirement.
Hosts answered questions promptly too.
Overall, the best rental I have experienced.

A hiking family reunion for those almost 65 and up
Not knowing the Asheville area well, we had a hard time deciding where to stay. This house was great, for a number of reasons. First, it is up on a ridge and has absolutely outstanding mountain views. Second, it was close enough to every activity that we wanted to try. Third, really comfy beds (better than home). Fourth, places where 4 sisters and 1 of their husbands could cook together, eat and talk together... a truly lovely home, other than steps! And hikers should not complain about steps; 3 of us managed to hike 7 days in a row. Finally, great communication with the hosts. Our only disappointment was that waterfalls are very popular in hot weather on a Saturday (not the host's fault, obviously). We liked the Blue Ridge hiking better than the Smokies hiking we had done previously.

Asheville Getaway
Tarri and Jim's place was great and exactly as depicted in their listing. The home has a fantastic view from the back deck and all the needed amenities for a wonderful getaway. The home itself is about a 20-25 minute drive from downtown Asheville and requires driving over a dirt road with a fairly steep incline - just make sure you drive really slow making it up the hill.
Check-in and out was a breeze and the owners were easy to communicate with.
Overall, I would highly recommend the home!

Incredible Views
This house is the perfect getaway! Each room was great and beds were so comfy, you wouldn’t want to get out of them. Bathrooms were stocked with goodies you may have forgotten such as toothbrush, makeup wipes, and cups for rinsing. The views from the deck were the best part. Only regret is not staying longer to really enjoy the house and all that Asheville had to offer.

We wanted to visit Asheville but when we saw this house we decided we wanted to stay in a peaceful mountain setting. This beautiful house comes with hardwood floors, a high ceiling in the main living area, lots of windows and natural light, two decks and every amenity and leisure item needed to make the stay perfect. The rest was easy...easy to book, to communicate with owners, to enter the property and to use the amenities. The owners were also helpful with any questions we had about places to hike, eat, and see. It was amazing.
