Absolut totul, de la primire, cazare, mâncare ultra all inclusive, personalul amabil!

Totul mi-a plăcut!

Excepțional totul!! Voi reveni cu prima ocazie! Am fost întâmpinați de oameni calzi și zâmbitori. Am petrecut la ei 3 zile minunate din toate punctele de vedere. Camera imensă, foarte curată și cu toate facilitățile necesare pentru un sejur perfect! Plaja privată, view superb, spațiu verde foarte bine îngrijit, parcare non-stop supravegheată! Referitor la comentariile anterioare lăsate de persoanele care au fost în aceeași perioada cu mine ( Paștele) , nu pot contesta spusele lor despre camerele pe care le au avut și "problemele" întâmpinate, daaaar pot spune doar atât : mâncarea a fost EXCELENTA, o multitudine de feluri, totul proaspăt și foarte gustos. Dacă spuneți ca mâncarea era veche/reincalzita / zeama lunga, de ce va așezați la ușa restaurantului cu 15 min înainte de fiecare masa.?? Sa fiți siguri ca "prindeți" mâncarea aia veche? De ce va umpleati farfuriile pana la refuz, tot pentru ca era veche? Postați pozele pe care le făceați la mâncare, sa vadă lumea ce "vechituri" ați mâncat. Va mai lipsea caviarul sa puteți bea mai bine șampania de la micul dejun, ca acasă tot șampanie beți la micul dejun... Ce va mai place sa faceți pe victimele... Din cauza unora ca voi avem aceasta reputație de fug toți de români. Effect Algara Beach Resort - MULȚUMIM PENTRU UN SEJUR EXCEPȚIONAL!!! FELICITĂRI!

Atitudinea și comportamentul celorlalți turiști!

The location of the hotel, right on the beach is a big positive point. I was surprised to find a very well defined, mixed an well prepared all inclusive service.

There was nothing negative during my stay, or related to the hotel, facilities and services

Could have appreciate better pillows. Other than that, everything was super ok.

Комплекса е изключително голям с различни и разнообразни активности. Беше чисто, подредено и персонала беше наистина дружелюбен и приветлив. Храната беше вкусна и имаше много опции от което да избираш както за малки, така и за големи. Включихме се в по-голямата част от активностите, което предлагаше аниматорската програма на хотела и останахме наистина доволни. Интернет връзката е добра в целия хотел, паркоместа има, мини бара се презарежда всеки ден и стаята също се почистваше всеки ден. Плажната ивица беше чиста имаш опция да вземеш плажна кърпа от хотела срещу депозит, който ти се връща след това.

Няма нещо, което да не ни е допаднало в хотела.

We arrived at 13:30, on 26 June-Monday , and even though the check in started at 15, they gave us a room at 13:45, and gave us a little presentation about the hotel, programs, etc. We also had a bellboy who helped us with our luggage. Parking was included. They provided a baby crib. The room was clean and quiet. At the restaurant there were enough seats both indoors and outdoors, for smokers and non-smokers alike. There was a lot of greenery and shade, so we could spend time outside anytime of the day.

At that time, the hotel wasn't too crowded; it had just cleared out after the weekend. When we told them that we were given a different room than the one we booked on b00king (it was supposed to have a sea view, but to see the sea, you had to step out onto the balcony and stand there – not as comfortable as going to the beach to see it), they still insisted that we received what we had reserved. The room we got it's not visible on their site or any other booking site. The balcony was 50cm wide, and 4m long - it was useless (see pics). After the first day, and after many asking, begging, after 7 attempts to solve it with booking.com, they changed the room with the one we choose and paid for. The minibar is basically a box with a fan and a light inside – it doesn't cool at all. I needed to use a gel ice pack that needs to be frozen; it was no use. The children's pool was just a bigger bathtub with colder water than the sea, and the filtering system didn't seem to work properly whenever we were there, making it risky for the children's health. The most dangerous part was that they could easily get their feet caught on the edge and around the pool

Had to insist 4 times to replace the bed linen every second day. Had to complain without success about activities behind the royal villa up to midnight. Had turists invading the hotel beach zone without much control.

Everything: nice stuff, nice place

The food and alcohol felt a bit cheap

Huge beautiful garden, very clean everywhere, big, nice and comfortable rooms. The food was also very good and diverse. Very polite and friendly staff.

The wifi kept disconnecting.

Everything was nice. The park is suitable for families, the animation team was great, rooms well equipped and pretty big.

Noise policy - a group stayed until 4 AM on the terrace. A spa/inside pool will be great!

The property is on the beach and it’s a very beautiful park settling  hotel was very clean. The room was clean. Breakfast was plenty and very good quality food and the stuff was very helpful.

I didn't like it, for an all inclusive hotel you can't take food to your room, me and my family don't always want to eat according to the restaurant's schedule, this feature should be allowed!

Acomodation , food and driks were all great

Reception,was not ok. Low capacity to speak english and lower capacity to help. Even if we reserved for 4 people, when asking just for the age upgrade(+12) diference to be paid at the reception, they charged us as for a completly new person : 25% of total amount(as if it was for the 5th person)!!! Totaly incapable of understanding that they can not charged +25% of full cost of the room just because the child was <12 years when reservation was done and +12 in check-in moment. It was not about the money, but about the bad aproach and inflexibility!

Everithing

Location is perfect on the beach. Food is good,same for beverages. Staff was helpful

There is no pool, we had a couple of days with high waves and couldn't do anything but stay in the room and walk the beach. More entertainment would be good because the location is pretty remote and there's not much you can do outside the complex. The beach is not easily accesible for people with movement impaired due to the craggy stairs. Also the beach furniture could use a refresh.
