The room was spacious. The fresh fruit was good. Family enjoyed the pool.

Not really all inclusive. If you want to eat at times other than the scheduled meal times, you have to pay for the food. There is not adequate access to water at the property. People were filling up bottles at meal times because if you wanted drinkable water outside of meal time, you had to pay for a bottle of drinking water. When I called the front desk and asked if the tap water was drinkable, the person at the front said, "I don't recommend drinking it, sir." Also the beach is a 5-10 minute DRIVE or shuttle. Overall, it's just not worth the money.

Old rooms, the wallpaper on the walls was coming off, stained towels. The warm foods at the buffet were pretty lackluster, giving tourists 3 or 4 options of a warm main course, which were not especially tasty. Beach was also pretty dirty but i credited that to the fact that it was already offseason. All in all definitely not 5 stars hotel in my opinion.

We booked last minute and it was one of the master suites, basiclly had half the floor to ourselves, huge terrace, huge bathroom, separate living room. It was beautiful and clean and we had a great time. Then we had a blast at the spa and the indoor swimming pool!

They wouldn't accept driver's licensee to check in initially which is a legitimate travel document but then eventually agreed. This was only a small hiccup though. Generally the staff was friendly and nice.

We enjoyed the pool and clubhouse ambiance, especially the live music. 10 plus for the spa! The breakfast was decent. However, we encountered issues with loud music from the bar, but the staff promptly changed our room to ensure a peaceful stay the next day. friendly stuff

The building requires masive repairs and doesn't meet 5-star standards. The bathroom ceiling was falling apart, and the toilet flushing was not functional. Additionally, there was no hair dryer in the room, and the furniture seemed too outdated for a 5-star hotel. As a golf club hotel, the golf ambiance was lacking, and it would be great for guests to feel the presence of the golf competition. no 5 stars treatment - cheep instant coffee in the room

The view is amazing and the facilities are great, the rooms are quite spacious and clean. The staff is super friendly, professional and helpful. Yoana S. went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay comfortable.

The beauty salon was closed. It would have been nice to update the website with this info.

everything ia old and cheap, dirty. not a 5 stars hotel. let's start with the entrance. it looks like a construction site, not the entrance to a 5-star hotel. the reception is crowded, there are only 2 people, who also take care of the spa, so we waited for a long time to check in. the walls that shrink the lobby are terrible. an ... unimaginable mess. the lobby is very small, in the evening you can't find a place to sit. the room. cleanliness leaves much to be desired. every day I waited until around 4-5 pm for it to be cleaned. unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. the balcony of the room is dirty, too. here birds have made a nest. the wallpaper in the room is torn in places. the bathroom. the toilet is not cleaned daily. the toilet lid is broken. the shower battery is broken. the walls are crumbling. all batteries have rust on them. the sink is stained. the bathtub has a crack. at breakfast .. the hygiene of those preparing the eggs .. a mess. some of the fruits are spoiled. otherwise, ok. the restaurant for dinner. old, dry meat. the vegetables are from the previous day, old and reheated. undercooked salmon. the pork knuckle has almost no meat on it. I ordered schnitzel and got baked chicken. under the excuse that the cook is new. at sp. the massage is ok. the jacuzzis have pieces of them broken, under the water. no one checks them. the water in the pool was cold on the first day. the whole pool area is full of water, no one wipes, it's a patio. the spa robes are old, yellowed, slightly torn. as well as the towels in the room. the whole experience is not only not 5 stars, not even 4. really, embarrassing. I have stayed in your hotel 2 times in previous years, but the hotel has deteriorated, it is no longer 5 stars.

The location, entire domain, beautiful view. The pool was nice, the jacuzzi and sauna.

Too cold in the room, only half of the building was heated. We had an extra heater but was slightly uncomfortable.

The room was ok, big and clean. The spa was functional, all the saunas were functional.

I felt deceived and offended by Booking. I chose breakfast buffet and dinner buffet, as a sub-option of AllInclusive. When we arrived at the location, we were told that drinks were not included. With great surprise, I realized that even the water from the dispenser was not included. ABSOLUTELY OFFENSIVE FOR BOOKING AND FOR A 5 STAR HOTEL! I mention that when I made the reservation on booking, this information does not appear anywhere.

The spa area was full of options for relaxing. Big rooms with comfortable beds. Food for all tipes of preferencies.

I would want to be more cleanliness.
