Very nice and clean house in a safe area and has a gym, target and gas station near by. Good communication with the host. Overall a had a really good weekend here and will definitely book rebook if I visit again.

The property was big enough to accommodate our family. We enjoyed our stay. We would recommend having the carpets steamed and cleaned. The furniture also needs some cleaning. The house was great but considering it was only 5 years old it showed a lot of wear and tear.

Very nice home, large and spacious. Plenty of bedrooms and large kitchen/family gathering area. Clean and well-maintained, and in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. We will stay here again if we’re in the area in the future.

We stayed her for my sister bachelorette party. About 10 of us flew in from all different states for a day a Glen Ivy Hot Springs. The house was beautiful, clean, cozy and very spacious for all of us. It had everything you need within a very reasonable driving distance. We throughly enjoyed our stay here.

We came to CA for our daughter's wedding! This was a lovely home to stay in and it has a wonderful bathroom for getting ready for special events! All of the girls in our family enjoyed prepping together - hair, makeup, giggles, and singing. There was plenty of room throughout the home for our group of 9 adults, 2 three years olds, and an infant! The boys loved playing in the teepee and in the fun bunk bed. The only thing that would have made it better for children would be to have some toys and books to play with. We happened to bring some with us. This is a great location and we felt safe staying here. We would come again if the occasion arrived.

Easy check-in process, host gave very clear instructions. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were well furnished. Kitchen was expansive, Keurig was a great addition. All was great, thanks for a great stay.

Excellent property and location. Very spacious and everything we were looking for. Neighborhood was quiet with a nice park in walking distance. Restaurants and stores close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for the weekend to attend a Christmas party and 80th birthday for my father nearby. The house was great and the owner was very helpful. We will definitely be back!

This was such a great stay! Larina was very responsive and helpful when we needed anything. We needed a place to stay that was big enough for all 10 of us and this house was it! Living area was spacious and so were the rooms. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll be sure to check them out! I highly recommend this home for anyone!

Great property.

We were in town for the NFL kick off game and choose to stay here a little farther from all the city traffic. A great place to stay and a great host. Only two things I would do to make it perfect: First add some more bath towels. Second replace the grill out back. Overall I would stay here again, very good host.

Vrbo host was amazing! The home has everything you need for a family vacation. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen comes with everything you need. We definitely would stay here again if we travel to Jurpa Vallley again!

This is a nice home—very roomy and able to accommodate our group of 12. However, this place is not very child/kid friendly as pertaining to dish-ware and decor. No plastic plates, cups, etc. we bought some cups and left them there. There was a lot of glass decorations and it seemed a bit overwhelming trying to keep kids out of it. Additionally, for the amount of people it’s listed to accommodate, it does not offer the proper amount of plates, cups, forks, spoons. All in all—nice home and I’m grateful to have found it.

At first site, the home was beautiful. However, after looking closer, it could have been cleaner. There were marks all over the walls and the carpet was dirty. The house is HUGE and the kitchen was really nice so it definitely fits a large family which was a plus and it's in a beautiful area/neighborhood and right near the freeway. Cons: -Wi-fi hardly worked -Found ants in 2 bathrooms -Garage code wouldn't work -Shared wall with another neighbor, can hear noise and dog barking

This home definitely did not disappoint, it is a BEAUTIFUL home. Exactly what you see online when you are booking is what you get when you arrive. The home is well maintained, clean, spacious, well equipped with everything you need and just feels like home. The beds were so comfy. The home is definitely a good size to host a family, friends gathering. We booked this home for my family and I to stay here while visiting for a wedding in Riverside. The home was a little further than we expected from Riverside but that didn't bother us at all. The most it took us with traffic was 30 minutes to get to our destinations but the home was worth the drive. We would pick this home all over again the next time we visit riverside as a family. Larina was a wonderful host and PM as she was really responsive to my messages throughout our stay. I really didn't have to call her for anything during our stay since everything was perfect but if I had to she was only next door. Whoever is thinking of booking your stay at this property, I definitely recommend it.

Comfortable,clean, spacious! Great experience

This house offers great space for gathering as a large group in the kitchen and living room area. The bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds. The property manager was very kind, accommodating, and easy to get ahold of when we had questions. Small issue with not having code for check in was promptly resolved. For some reason we were unable to access code and instructions. The house comes well stocked with items. Some of the dishes are starting to show their age but this did not stop us from having a great time. We would for sure stay here again in the future if we came back to CA.

The house is big enough for everyone in my family; the kids get to have their own room so it's nice to have privacy. Location is great, close to freeway and to market. We already book our next stay.

I was searching for a place to rent large enough to accommodate my extended family who we’re coming to celebrate a special occasion. I wasn’t searching for hotel because I wanted a shared space so everyone can mingle at all outs of the night. This place was perfect! Large space upstairs with multiple bedroom and bathroom rooms large enough to accommodate approximately 15. Plus, a large downstairs space with a spacious kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. Our family loved it, and we really liked working with Laura Lin who was very kind and accommodating to us. I highly recommends this place to anyone who has a large family and would like to spend time and celebrate together in one place. Thank you Laura Lin for taking care of us!

We stayed here with an extended family and we loved our stay. The house is spacious, well furnished and clean. We were a group of 11, including 6 kids, and everyone had a great time. The host Larina is very communicative and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and close to Costco, Target and other amenities. We would love to stay here again.

The house was beautiful. It was roomy and wide-open. A great place to get together and have conversation and enjoy each other. If we are ever in the area we will stay here again

House is split up, so if you rent the home there is someone on the other side of the house who lives there so it’s as if your sharing space with a stranger. I thought it was weird and I feel it should have been mentioned in the description. In addition the home was not clean. The carpet is dirty, chairs are stained, items in the house are broken, kitchen has smears as if no one wipes it down prior to new guest coming in, windows are dirty, walls are extremely filthy with marks everywhere. Overall easy process to book which I though was great!

We had 5 people staying and had more than enough room. The home had everything we needed and much more. Host was very nice and answered any question timely. I would definitely stay there again.

We contacted the Property Management ahead of our stay to indicate that we wanted all 8 beds prepared. The PM indicated that they do not make the beds for the pull out couches and we had to do that ourselves. We requested the linens and pillows to be left on top of the 2 couches so we could do so. Upon arrival, we were unable to locate the linens or pillows. The PM responded fast, but did not know the exact location of the linens and had us look around the house for them unsuccessfully. She also stated that pillows were not provided and it was expected we would use some of the pillows from the other beds that had 2. It took us 3 days to sort this out after many exchanges over app, email and phone. We were essentially playing broken phone between the cleaners, PM and ourselves. Since we were only staying there for 4 nights, we essentially lost more than half of our stay trying to sort this out unsuccessfully until the evening of the 3rd day, when linens and pillows were finally located/provided. In addition to this, the AC thermostat in the lower floor was broken and we were informed that a part would arrive at an undetermined time, which was after our stay. There was 105F weather outside, which meant we had to limit our time in the kitchen, dining and family room area. Given that a professional PM is in charge of this property, we would have expected that someone would have showed up immediately on the first day to sort out the linens instead of having us do the work chasing them around the house for 2.5 days. Having to do the beds ourselves for a property listed with 8 beds is also unexpected and subpar. It is clear that the PM has completely automated the rental process and is unable to promptly address any problem emerging during a stay. We requested a partial refund given all of these issues and were told a refund would not be provided. Overall, a great property with a quite substandard property management approach.
