It was nice very spacious and the staff was really nice.
The police showed up knocking next to my room asking the person to open up. It was very scary.

The intuitive, friendly staff. Samantha, the front desk clerk when I checked in. I’d asked about how food delivery to my room worked. After I said I was a Hawaii native, we chatted more about the Islands. She intuitively asked if I like poke and sashimi. I love it. She’s a very professional active communicator. She wants to help guests. She belongs in Hospitality, I believe.
No USB or USB charging ports in the rooms. The room wall plugs need updating to have charging port or 2. Honestly, I’ve never stayed where they weren’t available at all. Again, Samantha managed to find one for me overnight.

Good mix of things on the buffet. The eggs were a bit runny but not bad. Good waffles.

The location was great and convenient. We had a very smooth and easy check in and check out process. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel lobby and corridors were decorated nicely, simply and were clean and not cluttered.
The breakfast spread could have been a little better, even though it was enough. More choice would have been nice.

They charged me twice even thing I paid thru booking.com and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY BACK!! Management is TERRIBLE to work with these. Frustrated!!!

It was near our family
The room facing the street was very noisy with traffic and street racers. We had a one year old and it was difficult to sleep with all the noise

Requested weeks in advance for 2 beds, not near elevator & high floor, I did not get anything. l water at front desk upon arrival, no one was there. when she did arrive she wasn’t the friendliest or accommodating at all! the room wasn’t that clean, showers was disgusting actually. Room smells musty. Breakfast was not tasty at all! The $ money I paid almost $900 for 2 nights is ridiculous for this place. There’s not even a hot tub or heated pool!

Too many loud soccer kids running up and down halls at night but I didn’t complain. Its wasn’t the fault of the hotel.
