The STAFF WERE INCREDIBLE and probably moved the hotel a star above what it actually is. Most of them were so friendly, eager to help and just wonderful. The activities were good as they had live music every night which were all class acts, and sporting events in the day. There was an excellent masseuse Barbora who gave me the best massage of my life - and the price of this was affordable. The location was good - so we could take a ferry into Ibiza town for about E14 per person one way. Taxis to the hippy market and the town were all E35, and to San Antonio was E45 - so beware that transportation if you don't have a car is quite expensive. But I enjoyed being away from the town and in a nice peaceful and calm environment. The hotel itself was well looked after by staff and room service was excellent. The people made the place : )

I felt like based on the cost of our stay - we didn't get value for our money for some things. I am not saying these weren't good, just that the value wasn't matched. 1) The room wasn't great for the price, it could have been bigger and with a better view - this is all in relation to the cost of our stay. Our room was hot most of the time unless we left the AC on all day, the AC wasn't working great either. 2) The food and drink offer - we were sadly amazed to see the same food (with very minor variations) on for BOTH lunch and dinner every single night. Because we were there for a week, we quickly got tired of the same food and had to go eat elsewhere. There is a massive selection on, with fresh salads and fruits - all great - but they need to have different menus for lunch and dinner, and certainly different menus every day! this was the biggest issue for me. 3) The fact that we weren't on the beach - to get to the actual beach (sand and water) you need to walk a few minutes along the coast. This isnt' bad, but it means when you get to the actual Cala Llonga beach - you have to pay for chairs etc there, unless you want to stay in the sun. Also - you have to go back and forth to the hotel if you want something to eat/drink. This is a minor complaint as I loved the way the hotel was layered with many levels to watch the ocean from - but just noting it in case.

everything. old and need investment. please fix the lift because you have feeling like you gonna die everytime you use it, it makes some creazy noices. hotel looks like was build in 90' and since then noone invested anything there. omg not for a people dreaming about ibiza, just some butget families they can not affort to sleep somewhere else.

Access to the sea, nice pool, sea view room with good sized balcony, decent a/c. Bathroom and shower were good size and worked well. Only 20 minutes to Ibiza town by car. Also a convenient ferry from the other side of the cove. Staff were super friendly.

Outdated. Parking was ok until the weekend. Parking lots free but small and not so easy to maneuver in. Buffet was adequate but nothing special. Morning coffee in restaurant was pretty bad but one could get real coffee downstairs at the bar.

The buffet food for both breakfast and dinner was lovely and the staff, especially Raul at the bar, were very friendly and attentive. The sun-loungers were great and the location was perfect for a quiet stay in Ibiza. Plenty of great choices of restaurants for lunch.

Our room 231 was not great at all. The shower flooded the bathroom every time we had a shower, and although we complained multiple times, nothing was done to change this. The room was also very dark as it was on a lower level in the hotel so there was no view.

The location is amazing. just on water/beach. it was also really closed to Santa Eulalia which we visited and not too far from Centretown. it’s beautiful and very clean. the food is amazing and varied every day. the staff was very friendly and accommodating and helpful. our room was amazing. we loved everything about it. we will be back. thank you so much for everything

nothing really. the only thing is that I wish they had a shuttle service from the hotel. but we ended up renting a car which was actually good for us as it allowed us to visit different places in Ibiza.

great location and staff very friendly. Comfortable room. It’s not a fancy 4-star hotel but staff and location make up for it. Great for a walk up the hill for a beautiful view or 5 mins walk down to the beach.

The staff are very attentive and friendly, you really feel at home here. It's a lovely location just a few minutes walk to the beach and the hotel itself has a lot of terraces with loungers to sit and enjoy the morning sun. The food is very plentiful, loads of choice. It's only a 30 minute taxi ride from the airport and if you want a day out there are busses to Puerto Ibiza and Santa Eulalia for a few euros. Definitely a good place for a relaxing getaway
