Outstanding place. Staff was always very helpful, in particular the Concierge and Valet parking staff. Shout out to Mr. Rui who's assistance was exceptional and beyond what I expected.

There are several pools available, some are shared with Hyde hotel. Some sun beds are paid as an extra depending wether you are a guest from Mondrian or not - that has to be clarified and fine tuned.

I loved so many things about this hotel: -wonderful attentive staff , especially Carlos was so sweet . They all loved to entertain our son which was so cute -parking and valet made it so easy -location is amazing, on a cliff in a quiet bay -close to the nice Santa Eulalia which makes it so easy -kids club really nice added value ! super sweet nanny , my son loved it -amazing decoration and interior . you can’t stop taking pictures ! -food was also really good, sometimes a bit overpriced but that’s Ibiza right ? -very nice room decoration, small details could be better (see below) . very spacious for a family -seperate pool section for Mondrian guests -ferry boat stops right down at the hotel which makes it really nice to go to other places -small village with some nice restaurants

-quality of room service is not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Details could be better , serve bread with eggs for instance and not cheap toast bread but decent bread -breakfast buffet was overpriced for a small kid. 25€ for a 3 year is very very high if you consider he eats a pancake and drinks some water -Hyde Beach is mixed with Mondrian hotel and it’s a different vibe. you can’t escape it. different type of travelers and music. so make sure to go to the Mondrian part -details in the room are not 5 star quality. night stand wood was broken upon arrival. nobody fixed it -you can see the pencil marks on the wall in the bath room of the installation , also a bit of a cheap feeling -chrome cast kept blocking in our room . also the airconditioning was a nightmare. or way too cold (17 degrees) or not blowing at all. everyday we had to ask for it to be fixed . - it would be nice to be able to eat more accessible food like the room service menu in one of the restaurants at night. not everyone like the special food or with a child it s difficult. it would be nice to enjoy those dishes in a reassuring space instead of the room -the coffee bar Le Perq is newly opened and you can tell. it would be more attractive if there was a wider and healthier range of food . now it s mostly sweets and dry sandwiches. the coffee should be more professional (barista) and different oat milk. it makes you want to go to the nearby coffee or breakfast places instead of staying in… but I am sure if they improve /train it more people would eat there . ps 10€ for a tiny take away bottle of juice is too high. also 6€ for a take away bottle of water … overall we really liked it and would come back. but when the prices will raise to a normal value (now it s 50% off) we wouldn’t want to pay this amount for the 4 star quality the hotel now offers. so we hope it improves these details to be able to come back so it will be worth the price ! thank you to all the staff , you were all very lovely !

Beautiful new hotel. Great coffee and really comfortable beds. The staff was so nice as well.
