staff were so rude, esspecially old mwn @ desk. was no help when we came in at mightnight with our luggage. A LOT of stairs & no bell boy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no maids, same towels all week. beds not made

very freindly most of the time. I appreciated one of the blonde male managers who helped me out he was very helpful. also the staff at the bar were very friendly which was nice with being on my own.
so many things which was poor.
.food was most of the time cold and bland(other than (breakfast)
.bedding was dirty and not clean.
. the location is poor and it don’t explain its not good for party goers.(partly my fault)
. one daytime receptionist always seemed annoyed and like she didn’t want to help.

The customer service was great staff at reception were really lovely.
Cleaning and faculties in the room were not great, and we had to wait 40 minutes after the check-in time had passed before we could get the keys to our room

The breakfast included was good for a hotel. it was a close walk down to the Cala Llonga beach and town. It was clean upon arrival and easy check in.
House cleaning was supposedly “every two days” we stayed for three days and it was not serviced once. Overheard another customer complaining that the room she booked with her family hadn’t been cleaned for FIVE days but another family they knew staying had been cleaned three times already. There were major house cleaning discrepancies and no real reason why. After asking a second time, a cleaner was sent up to our room.
The only product that was provided was a body soap dispenser in the shower. No hand soap. No shampoo and conditioner. Tiny shower, water went everywhere on the ground.

Where do we even start
- Food was terrible, always cold. didn’t seem fresh and
was the same daily.
- The drink “cup” situation was terrible
- rooms are cleaned every two days which is fine but
our whole stay they cleaned it once and I had to ask
for fresh towels on more than one occasion
- Everything and I mean everything is dirty. It would
be nice if they cleaned the tables, windows and railings

nothing it was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
we only stayed one night because we couldn’t get into our villa until the next day
we landed at midnight and got to our hotel I booked 2 rooms for 7 myself, my husband and our 5 children we had with us. they said we had only booked for 2 people!!!! they were not going to let us stay. it was 2am and we were travelling with young children.
he said that our rooms wouldn’t fit us all in and made us stand around for about an hour with the kids falling asleep on chairs
we were eventually let in and there was enough beds for everyone.
the hotel room was something like a horror movie
damp, smelly and full of cockroaches and other nasty things.
the breakfast was not edible and there was no where to sit
it was dirty and awful!
I honestly have slept in some places in my time, I’ve traveled all around but this was the worst ever

Staff were great, very friendly and tried to be accommodating.
Good location.
The room we had was sub-standard and completely over-priced in comparison to other places in the Balearic Islands. Toilet broken, no hot water at times, NO water one night, smelt of cigarette smoke, bedding atrocious, shutter door lock broken, no fridge or coffee facilities in room… all for 200 EUR / night. Not good.

I had to ask for the room to be cleaned and for change of towels.
bins provided were full for nearly whole stay
but that aside we had a great holiday

Lady would not give me my total receipt when I checked out. She was irrational.

Christian, the manager, is a super nice guy and you’ll see him there all the time!
the pool is great and the rooms are cleaned everyday with new towels.
we did the full-board and the food is great too!
my AC in the room was broken, however I saw them fixing things all the time.

We left a night early has the room was that bad. Full of bugs and insects. Door was broken and would not lock. Really dirty and unclean and generally unsafe.
Refund wanted!

The apartment was clean and nice. Everything almost new. The location is good. The pool big. Quiet place.
the kitchen needs to be rechecked. Not enough plates and silverware. There is no rag, scourer, soap or garbage bags.
basic items would be needed.
