price and location of the hotel is good room service is also good but you need to improve on cleanliness.

Excellent location, clean rooms and food breakfast and dinner buffet was fresh and good spread. The menu was changing every day and superb taste. Ideal location and safe for family and child. Staff at hotel like front desk reception, citrus restaurant and security were always smiling and ready to greet ans serve you. Special shout out to sanjay, pallavi, ankita, prashanth and security also Even when i requested for extension, they supported with good price all inclusive. Location is good and easy to go for all major areas around city and neat and clean hotel. You feel at home. Comfortable and clean beds and washrooms.

Perhaps some juices/drinks included in dinner buffet as part of buffet package. Room size could have been little bigger.

they could have dropped us of free of charge to train station which was hardly 200 meters away but they charged us money ... we had check out early at 5.30 am as we were traveling by train ..we had booked lemon tree only because the train station was very near by ... now it does not look attractive any longer ..better choices may be available .. small gestures matter you know

Only the tea was too creamy n milky…. India is well known n famous for its TEA esp Masala tea. Your hotel’s tea was tooooo much creamy milk— evaporated milk n less taste f tea. It was like drinking evaporated milk in a cup. Pls do improve on the quality n tea of the tea in Lemon tree hotel. Please. Thanks

Location is good. Room size is good too. However, a building does not make a hotel - its the service which counts. Unfortunately, the staff are not well trained, or supervised , or not motivated to really satisfy the guests. The charges are indeed exorbitant when compared to the services rendered. Certainly NOT value for money.
