Location is one of the best part of the property. . In a prime part of koregaon park

It is indeed cozy as the name suggests. The staff was super friendly and helpful
So I’m a person who thoroughly goes through reviews and I saw some cons of this place as well. Some they fixed and some are still an issue. For example-
1- There’s no entrance for the hotel, you’ll have to go through their restaurant and the kitchen to get to the reception.
2- Basic amenities were missing from the bathroom, toothpaste and shampoo (when asked, they told me I’ll have to order the toothpaste myself🙃 )
3- there were small flies in the whole room, I didn’t complain because my stay was only for a day.
These are a few pointers that I had a problem with, rest everything was fine and comfortable.

The property was located in a nice area of Pune. It was located near nice restaurants and shops.
The hotel was located inside a restaurant which made it awkward leaving and coming to the room. You had to walk through the kitchen to get to the main part of the hotel.

It is located in a good location. Customer service was exceptionally well.Highly recommended to others. Understand that it's a small hotel but worth it to stay. Even they have delicious food at Dhaba Shaba Restaurant.
Bathroom was bit small than expected.
