The owner of the hotel was super helpful. She went above and beyond to help me in the things that I wanted. Hiking the Biosfera, how to get there, restaurants, massage and I could have a late checkout so I could shower after the hike. Would highly recommend!

Michi and her suites are the perfect combination of luxury and impressive hospitality. Each room is equipped with a private kitchen and bathroom and a very comfortable 5-star quality bed. Michi is a wonderful host who offers premium hospitality. She is attentive to her guests and is warm and kind. I recommend the Biofan tour which is the cherry on the cake. Also it is the perfect place if you need to spend long term in Tehuacan, and you have to sample the Japanese food - a blended taste of Mexico and Japan.

The room was super clean and had everything I needed. Ken Tehuacan is located perfectly, everything is in a walking distance and it‘s quiet, so I slept very well. The best are the owners. She helped me to find a bus going to Oaxaca and recharge my phone and really cared about me! Really incredible friendly and helpful people! Whenever I come back to Tehuacán I will definitely dtay there again! Thanks for everything :)

I had a great stay here! The room is clean and had everything I needed and the location is very close to the city center, restaurants and shops. Most importantly, the owner is wonderful and went out of her way to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I arrived in Tehuacan late at night and Michi stayed up so I could check in and throughout my stay she was nothing but incredibly friendly and helpful. If you want to feel right at home, I can only recommend this place.

Pristine new property with very attentive staff. Very close to the city center and main attractions. Very good value.

The most pleasant surprise of my trip. There is absolutely nothing to fault here. There are altogether four, seemingly brand new rooms, all designed in a beautiful minimalist style, the shower is great as is the Wifi. It's 2 blocks from the main square and you can park you car in front of the place. I arrived early (mid-morning) and the owners made every effort to check me in. My verdict: A total winner!

My room was newly built and was quite small, but had plenty of drawers, cabinet space, and a very comfortable twin bed. Has hot water at both the sink and shower. The owner was quite helpful in making my stay pleasant. Coffee maker and microwave were useful. It sits next door to a Japanese restaurant run by the room's owners.
