La maison a deux niveaux. Deux chambres, salle de bain complète, espace de vie et cuisine sont situés au niveau supérieur avec deux autres chambres, salle de bains et garage en bas. Le canapé à l'étage a un lit gigogne assez grand pour deux. La cuisine est équipée d'un four micro-ondes, d'un grille-pain et d'une cafetière. Dans les armoires de cuisine, vous trouverez des tasses, verres, verres à vigne, assiettes et ustensiles suffisants pour 10 personnes.

We live at the Lake of the Ozarks and was in town for our son's wedding. We had a few family and friend stay with us. Very roomy, clean and centrally located to anything in the city. Price was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

There wasn’t a hook or towel bar in downstairs bathroom. I looked for hangers to hold our wet towels… I found 2 plastic Walmart type hangers in the entire house that could have snapped with a towel hanging on them! I borrowed hangers from family for the towels and hung them on the handrail from the basement
Dishes from previous guests were still in Dishwasher, I didn’t empty it.
I found in the utensil drawer 3 forks.
I brought, plastic silverware, plastic cups and paper plates and very thankful I did.
Beds were okay but walls are also paper thin.
You definitely know there’s people next door. But that wasn’t an issue for us. It was loud at times but calmed down.

While staying at this property everyone was okay & no one had COVID however after our stay everyone felt sick & everyone tested positive for COVID. They also had roaches & so I’m not sure if we caught it from someone in the house or the host doesn’t do the proper maintenance of keeping it clean but please be aware that this property is not the cleanest

Exactly what we were looking for!
We were in town for a game. This property was inexpensive, convenient to where we wanted to go and exactly what they describe. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great stay
House was great! We ended up having a full house but it was still comfortable. I will say, the house sleeps 10 but there is only a couch on the common area. There are dining room chairs you can pull in. The only other thing is the four bedroom is actually the downstairs living area so there isn't a ton of privacy for the room with the king bed. The house was great though! It really worked having two usable bathrooms that weren't inside a room with the amount of people the house sleeps. Very clean. Great experience!

Very thrown together
The duplex is advertised as four bedrooms, but the two rooms downstairs don’t have doors that shut. One is really part of a garage and neither has a closet. A steep staircase descends into one of the bedrooms and is behind the door. So people in the other bedroom cannot go upstairs without opening the door of the other bedroom, which also has an outside door that doesn’t provide enough protection.
The bathroom has a tiny shower in which an adult can’t lean over. Has no towel bars, but a pushpin stuck in the wall.
I ran the dishwasher and nearly got sick. Dead fish smell emanated the entire time in ran, plus the dishwasher has broken parts. The downstairs sink was clogged.
The place only has a sofa in the living room, no chairs. Everything is put together so sloppily and poorly.

Timing
The only thing that I did not like waas when we booked it on the website it said check out with 11:00 a.m. the owner told me it was 10:00 a.m. I requested the extra hour so we could get ready to leave and they said yes it's all on the messages and then at 10 o'clock they started contacting me about when I was going to be leaving and at 11 o'clock they said our cleaning team is ready to go in and we were pulling out I've never had that happen before in all the Times I've rented properties that did not make me happy

We had 6 men and stayed one night for a Chiefs game. Everything was just as the website described and everything went GREAT except the Chiefs lost 🙁

Great place to stay!
We had a bachelorette weekend and this house fit everyone great! Only complaints were about the upstairs showerhead, but other than that, beds were comfy, there was plenty of room, and it was in a great area!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to tons of points of interest.
Boris checked in with us a couple of times to ensure all was well.

Disappointed
We thought we rented a different address and when we were in Kansas City 2 weeks ago we didn’t see the address on any VRBO emails. We reached out and Boris replied with the address we thought we rented. We did not take notice of the address on the 4-27 email we could not get the key code to work. Then we finally noticed the address change. The new address did not fill our need to seat 14 people but only 6(we had a Baptism reception). To make things worse we could not find any chairs anywhere. We sat adults on the floor to eat. A little embarrassing. Several interior doors did not close completely and the bi fold near front door came out of track when opening On a positive note sleeping space worked.

older property but clean and comfortable
We enjoyed a "Girls' KC Getaway" and stayed at this property for two nights. It was older. Some things didn't work quite right (many doors do not shut properly, for example), but inside was clean and comfortable. The owner/manager communicated well, and it was very convenient. Thank you, Boris!
