L'unité est un 30m² 1BR entièrement meublé avec un bel intérieur.
Nous sommes situés au cœur du quartier historique et culturel d'Adriatico à Manille. Emplacement pratique à partir duquel vous pouvez facilement atteindre tous les endroits importants dans et autour de la ville. Les options de transport sont nombreuses car notre emplacement est proche de la gare LRT, des bus, des jeepneys, des taxis et l'aéroport international NAIA est à seulement quelques kilomètres.
L'unité est meublée avec une chambre et une salle de bain avec eau chaude & amp; eau froide, air conditionné, TV LED 40 pouces, matelas orthopédique très confortable et deux grands oreillers, kitchenette complète équipée d'un réfrigérateur, cuisinière, micro-ondes, bouilloire électrique et tout le nécessaire pour préparer des repas dans l'intimité de votre propre unité.
Regardez le célèbre coucher de soleil sur la baie de Manille, à seulement 5-10 minutes à pied de l'Adriatico Gardens Condominium. Le centre commercial Harrison Plaza et l'hypermarché SM sont juste à côté de nous & amp; beaucoup de dépanneurs, restaurants, à proximité. L'un des plus grands centres commerciaux du monde, SM MALL of Asia (MOA) est à seulement 10-15 minutes en voiture.

Had everything we needed. Security is great with 24/7 gaurds on duty. 7/11 is a 1 min walk away and has just about anything you need. The apartment was cozy and what was expected for a two person group.

Stayed 4nights with my mom. Excellent location, we love it. concierge is excellent! The hosts are kind-hearted & conversable. Pool is very accessible and close to the unit and a mini grocery store is just a door away. We had a great stay

Excellent property, good size, nice bathroom, pool, next to the zoo. Good location for many events in Manila. I used the property for a personal vacation and would have no hesitation using the property again. Me and my fiance enjoyed our stay together.

The Apartment is in an excellent location at the foot of the Adriatico neighborhood and within easy walking distance of many good coffee shops, restaurants and bars around the De La Salle University /Taft Ave. areas.
This comfortably compact Apartment has a bit of a feel of Japan including Bonsais on the living room table at the time of my visit. (2023) The decor and furnishings (including a very comfortable bed) are just as shown in the profile images.
Communication with Arnel was excellent, friendly and helpful and I look forward to returning here in any future visit to Manila.
