Couple more restaurants would help on top of the existing restaurants. Transport facilities within Playa Del Carmen and Airport transfers would help. Entertainment on property would be good.

The location and food wasn’t accessible within the property itself. My first night I was unable to get room service for dinner. The next morning, the same thing. I had to either order Uber eats which started late in the day. Or, pay for a taxi to get to the main areas for food. The location is not walking distance from 5th Avenue. I never looked for any activities on the resort.

Lovely resort with a beautiful pool. The apartment was well equipped with good wifi and technology, tv, sound system etc.

I booked a two bedroom condo with a double bed and twin bed. When I arrived both rooms had double beds without the option to separate them. I contacted the host saying that this was not what I had booked and that it was an issue and they got back to me 3 days later. Dishwasher didn’t work and jacuzzi had no plumbing to it (although we hadn’t requested one)

Very beautiful resort style condominiums! Pools were so beautiful, we absolutely loved it! Condominium was modern design and very clean and spacious. Staff, especially Jasmine was absolutely excellent with helping us with all the issues!! Best employee ever!!!! It was big plus to have washer and dryer in condo.

As beautiful is this resort is, it’s locking on fun live atmosphere! needs music to play at the pool, fun bartenders for drinks… Beaches were absolutely awful, full of seaweed. Our condo we’ve booked wasn’t the one we’ve got. There was no hammock, jacuzzi didn’t work (that was the reason we didn’t want the condo with jacuzzi!!) Pool is absolutely ridiculous size, you can’t swim in it, but you can’t even set in it, very weird depth, wish they would offer floaty to least lay back and tan in the personal pool, really no use for it at all. Outside furniture not comfortable at all. Appliances didn’t work, we’ve had to call for help couple of times. Oven never worked. You can’t use stove and shower at the same time….

The appartment was spacious and nice. It had all the necessary amenities for our stay.

The pool and the proximity to the beach was incredible.

Ww didn’t know we needed to get basics like salt for cooking or toilet paper for the bathroom. Knowing that would have been helpful.

The condos were large, easy to access, and the pool is amazing.

The only complaint was the wait for service at the on site restaurants. The condos themselves I didn’t have an issue with. Although our patio door wouldn’t lock I managed to fix it.

The pools are amazing, the restaurants are very good and prices reasonable. The beach is accessible with lots of chairs and umbrellas. The resort is very clean and well maintained. The gardens are extremely nice. The manager, Yasmin, is just wonderful; she was very cheerful and quickly replied to our requests whenever she could. She went out of her way to get us a table and chairs for the balcony. She is just amazing.

The condo itself had many things that bothered us. There were few cooking ustensils and it would have been nice to have salt, pepper, sugar, a little coffee upon arrival. The blender was half broken, the toaster is extremely old and should be replaced. The sheets in the bedrooms are very old and stained, also of poor quality. The towels need to be replaced as they are stained and very old. No cleaning equipment in the condo. Upon arrival, there was no dining table and chairs on the balcony; there was only a broken coffee table and two old chairs which should be thrown away. The air vents were very dusty. I have made my comments known to Yasmin for improvement to the condo because it could be an amazing one with some upgrades. As it is, I would not recommend the condo or would not go back to that condo. I would go back to the resort but in a better equiped condo.

Super nice and very large apartment. Super nice pool area and nice beach away from the crowds in the city.

too many things didn’t work. oven was broken, toaster (given as a replacement for the broken oven) was broken, extraction fan was broken and the water cooler was leaking. Most of those things should be visible to the caretakers who should have had it fixed.

Like it a lot, not far from any where, quiet and safe area in Playa del Carmen

Waiters at restaurant tried to tell me the Tip was not included yet they charged me the total plus 15% gratuity. Unfortunately these practices are very common.

I booked a room on the beach front and we had to walk half a mile to get to the it, we couldn't see it from our room either. very disappointed! I could have booked something else cheaper with beach front

Everything about Mareazul was amazing the apartment was just as pictured. On the property you had everything you needed from the beach to the swimming pool. The apartment came completely equipped.

Although everything was amazing. There could have been more toiletries for the guests. There was no soap barely any shampoo or conditioner either.
