Profitez de cette maison rénovée et mise à jour pour cette saison! Cette maison a beaucoup de charme Cape Cod et est sur le registre historique comme une maison de l'un des capitaines de la mer célèbres de Yarmouth. À quelques minutes de Windmill & Smuggler's Beach; marcher ou monter.
Cette maison est parfaite pour les multi-familles.
La maison contient 5 chambres, chacune décorée d'une télévision haute définition personnelle. Il y a 4 salles de bain complètes récemment mises à jour, donc attendre pour prendre une douche est une chose du passé! La grande salle est très grande et lumineuse et regorge d’endroits où s’asseoir et se divertir ou regarder un film sur notre grand téléviseur haute définition de 55 pouces. Profitez d'une nuit avec notre salle de jeux spacieuse qui accueille une table de billard, un jeu d'arcade électronique et une salle pour jeux de table, ainsi qu'un autre téléviseur HD pour regarder vos films préférés ou des événements sportifs.
La grande cuisine a été mise à jour avec de nouveaux comptoirs de revêtement de sol et de granit tout en conservant la sensation historique avec les armoires personnalisées originales et belles. Il y a beaucoup de place pour manger avec une grande fête entre la cuisine et la magnifique salle à manger!
Nous avons fourni deux ensembles de laveuses et sécheuses lorsque vous souhaitez rafraîchir vos serviettes de la plage pour le lendemain. Une salle de séjour bonus à l'étage avec un système de jeu, TVHD, et canapé-lit / lit se termine cette destination à la maison merveilleuse pour vos vacances.
Dehors, la propriété bénéficie d'une belle et spacieuse terrasse flambant neuve au large de la grande salle complète avec un barbecue à gaz et de nombreux sièges, y compris deux chaises réglables. La propriété a beaucoup de stationnement donc les familles multi-voitures ne seront pas un problème. Il y a beaucoup d'activités prévues aussi bien dans cette très grande propriété (1. 3 acres), basket-ball, tout nouveau terrain de Bocce Ball, Horse Shoes Pit, et net pour jouer au Volleyball / Badminton. Tout l'équipement de jeu est fourni vient juste prêt à se détendre et profiter après une journée à la plage!

Our large family had an amazing stay at Brian’s house in Yarmouth! The home was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our needs. We loved the well-equipped kitchen and the ample living space where we could all gather. The backyard was a fantastic spot for the kids to play while the adults relaxed. Brian was a great host, providing helpful recommendations for local attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to make wonderful family memories. Highly recommend!

Second year staying at this property with the extended family. 8 adults and two kids fit comfortably in this spacious and historic house with bedrooms and bathrooms to spare. For beach days, smugglers cove is close and very easily accessible as is Skippers for some of the best seafood on the cape. The backyard is perfect for lawn games and not many places can boast both basketball and a full size bocci court. Thumbs up all around! 👍

Property was great for us and out three adult kids. 10-minute walk to Windmill Park. Rented bikes for runs to the beach (about 25-30 minute walk). Also biked from the house to the Cape Cod Rail Trail (all the way to Chatham).

This was the second year at Bass River. Brian was super responsive and helpful. Property is in great shape. Convenient to anything and everything. Plenty of parking! It's wonderful for large groups.

This was a very nice property conveniently located to area restaurants, beaches, and supermarkets. This was about a 20-25 minute drive to shopping in Chatham. Plenty of seafood shacks in the area. The home was clean and spacious for 6 adults. The Cape weather did not cooperate but the rec room in the basement was a great thing to have after the wives went to bed to play pool and watch the Red Sox. Very ample parking in a nice quiet neighborhood. Owner was very communicative and allowed us some extra time for checkout. Thanks again for a great stay! Anthony O.

There were 12 adults sharing this home for the weekend. We had plenty of room and plenty of fun! The furniture and the beds were comfortable and there was so much to do.
Brian was the perfect host and very easy to communicate with!

Really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space, great locale near West Dennis and Seagull Beaches, a table big enough for everyone to eat together and play games, well kept overall with a well supplied kitchen. Had concerns about the dryer vent. The vent hose was broken and venting into the downstairs. This is a fire hazard and also created a musty smelling, humid basement when the dryer was operating. Also found a few dirty dishes in a downstairs bedroom cabinet.

Peaceful and pleasant
Great property for a large group. Plenty of parking and tons of space to spread out stuff on this large footprint. The house itself was a bit of a maze that you get accustomed to fast. Tons of fridge space. Plenty of sleeping spots. AC was clutch. We chose the linen service which was great. The back deck was perfect for chilling and listening to music.
Two nits: Grill was small and prone to flareups. The adjoining property is very close which generated a needless call about noise.
Brian was super responsive to every question. As someone who's rented large homes in sagamore Beach, Truro and Orleans, Yarmouth is a new favorite. I highly recommend the property.

Awesome family vacation
Spacious and comfortable! So hard to find a location close to everything that will fit my extended family but 5 bedrooms and as many baths was perfect. Pool table downstairs got plenty of action and the back yard was perfect for the kids! Thank you for making this available!

So roomy !!!!!! The place is huge. Everything was perfect for us. They have everything there you need to enjoy your stay. The layout is very unique and we loved it. It was very welcoming and so was Brian. We had a party there and rented a tent. Required a porta John for the size of the party and it went beautifully !!!!!! The only suggestion I have it to upgrade beds they were not very comfortable. But it didn’t stop us we stayed for only a weekend. Would highly recommend staying here wit a large family or to have an event

Great house, location and owners
We had a wonderful time. The house and property are large and inviting. We had our 4 pre-teen/teen boys with us and they were ecstatic to have their own rooms and bathrooms. Everything about the stay was easy. Brian was super responsive and easy to get ahold of.
We are already talking about brining our entire immediate family (13 people) back next year.
The kitchen was well stocked. The downstairs game room was a big hit and we played pool every night.
The only suggestion we have is maybe a topper for the King mattress. It would probably be ok for a night or 2, but a week on it is a little tough.
The small beach within walking distance is very cute, perfect for parents with younger kids. And Smugglers beach is close and awesome.
5 stars all around!
