Great location and easy late check in.
It’s not bad, but pretty old.
we found food from previous guests in the fridge and an old moldy coffee bag in the coffee machine:(

Price & availability. We had to go to Cape Cod for a funeral, in July which is high season. Any place with availability was crazy expensive. This place was affordable, clean, comfortable, close to where we were going.
Room was small (especially the bathroom), but we were there <24 hours

The location was perfect. The staff was friendly.
The smell was overwhelmingly bad. Bought Clorox wipes and wiped everything including walls in the room. Bought spray deodorizer and sprayed the room several times a day. The smell was a wet, musty smell. The pool had a film on top of the water. Owners children/grandchildren took over the pool in the late afternoon.

Location was perfect and the facilities were great value for the price you pay. We were so happy with how comfortable the beds were, AC worked just fine, room smelled clean, fresh towels, iron available, pool was nice.
The bathroom was funcional al thought the shower/tub could use some work. Looks dirty, but I don’t think it’s because it doesn’t get cleaned, just that it is old. I am kind of particular with things like that so just used flip flops in the shower as I would any other hotel. Also, if you are showering and someone in the room above/next to you is also using the shower or flushing the water turns freezing cold. Not ideal. Other than that we loved everything about this place and would more than likely come back!

very tight parking. manager said she gave me a “gift” of king bed (booked a queen) by not charging me more but truth was the room she gave me was at the top of very creaky, loud stairs used continuously
