"VILLA LUXURY, BELLA LUCIA 3" a une surface intérieure de 120m2, qui est répartie en salon, cuisine, 3 chambres, une suite type, une autre salle de bain. Toutes les chambres donnent sur l'extérieur, sont lumineuses et ventilées de manière naturelle, ce qui leur confère intimité. En outre, cette belle villa nous offre de beaux espaces extérieurs d’une superficie totale de 350 m2, où nous trouvons une grande piscine, des espaces verts avec des plantes à fleurs et également un bel espace en gazon artificiel pour le plaisir des enfants, et enfin une vue spectaculaire. barbecue avec tables, chaises et pergola en bois où vous pourrez vous régaler à toute heure de la journée. "VILLA BELLA LUCIA 3" est située dans le meilleur quartier résidentiel de Corralejo, à quelques minutes du centre et des zones commerciales, parc aquatique et bars (15 minutes à pied et 3 minutes en voiture). La villa dispose de la climatisation et d'une piscine chauffée (avec supplément très économique pour nos clients) consulter le propriétaire. Notre villa est située près du parc naturel des dunes de Corralejo, où se trouvent nos célèbres Grandes Playas. Dans notre Villa n'est pas autorisé à rester plus de personnes que celles indiquées dans la réservation car le prix varie en fonction du nombre de personnes, en cas de non-conformité sera suspendu rester dans la maison. Nous avons plusieurs Villas "Villa Bella Lucia 1, 2 et 3" en cas de manque de disponibilité, consulter le propriétaire.

The villa is lovely and exactly as described. It has everything we needed for the week and Lucia was the best host. Keen and quick to respond to any query. We would highly recommend.

Had a lovely week at this villa. The walls make the outside area / pool mostly private, which is nice for couples. Everything worked as it should and and we had no issues during our stay. The Villa is quite close to the main road into Corralejo, but we didn't really notice it after a day or so. great value Villa all round. Thank you.

The villa was lovely and spacious and very modern. The kitchen had everything you needed.
The shower in the en suite was great but there was no plug in the spa bath so we couldn’t use it.
Outside was a little tired and could do with some TLC. You could not walk on the decking as you would get splinters. The covers on the outdoor bed were filthy and the sun beds were starting to rip. The cover over the outside seating area was also broken. The pool was lovely and warm but again needed a good scrub. It’s a shame as with these small updates it would have been lovely.
It is also by a busy road but it has a high wall so you can’t be overlooked by cars.
The hosts were lovely and even allowed us to check in slightly earlier which was very kind of them.
You do need to pay for air con if you want it. It has a smart tv which is great as all the tv channels seemed to be in German. Good internet too.
It’s a 5 minute drive to a big supermarket and a Lidl. We hired a car and although you don’t need one if you’re happy to walk a lot we found it really beneficial to get around.

We enjoyed our stay at Lucia‘s house. She‘s a very friendly and helpful host, the house was comfortable, roomy and clean with a very spacious outdoor area. The pool was still very warm (October) thanks to the heating.

Lucia was a lovely helpful host, who prior to travelling gave advice on trips and directions. The Villa was located in a quiet location about 20 mins walk to the shops. From the roof terrace you had views across to the volcano which our 10 year old loved. The villa was clean, well equipped with everything we needed. The air con was a pay by coin which worked well. The outside area was lovely with shaded seating area as well as plenty of sunny areas.The pool was lovely and cleaned regularly , it wasnt a huge pool but it was fine for our party. would highly recommend Lucia and her villas.

Lovely family trip!
We had an amazing week at Villa Lucia. The property was spacious and very clean. It was equipped with everything we needed. We were a group of 3 adults/3 children and didn’t feel in top of each other. We would really recommend staying here and we will be back. Thanks Lucia for being so helpful and accommodating! 😊

Lovely villa and great location
Great villa with everything you could need, 15 minute walk to Music Square, 20 minutes to nice restaurants on the sea front. Lucia looks after the villa really well and it it is well stocked and very clean with a nice welcome basket when you arrive. The heated pool was an extra €15 per day but well worth it in March and meant we were able to use the pool every day. Will definitely be back.

Terrific villa. Modern with plenty of outside space and furniture. Nice pool. Great location 15 minute walk into town. Taxi back from there very cheap. No problem staying there again.

Beautiful Villa
Lucia and Domingo were both excellent hosts and we spent 2 perfect weeks there just before Christmas. The villa was spotlessly clean and Lucia greeted us when we arrived and explained how everything worked. It was like home from home! It was so well equipped, everything we needed to cook in the kitchen and it was great to have a barbecue and the pool was excellent. Whenever we have rented before, there is never enough hangers for our clothes, but there were 12 hangers in each of the 3 wardrobes, so ample for our needs. Domingo came and cleaned the pool twice while we were there and the towels and bed linen were changed at the end of the first week. The villa is excellently placed near to all the amenities. A 10 minute walk to the Hyper Dino Express, 20 minutes to the main Campanario Centre where you will find a market set up a few times a week, plus an easy walk into the centre of Corralejo with its many beachside restaurants and shops. There is also a taxi rank just round the corner if you need one. We would definitely love to stay in Villa Bella Lucia 3 again as soon as we can get back next year. Thank you Lucia & Domingo for welcoming us and being so helpful. You were always there if we needed you.

One of the best
We had a great time at this very clean and well equipped villa. The host Lucia was fantastic with great communication and always trying to help. Lots of little extras you don’t get anywhere else, great location, wonderful outside space and as clean as they come! Highly recommend

Das Haus ist schön und modern eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Auch der Aussenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und der sehr schöne Pool hat uns viel Spaß gebracht. Leider ist die Straße an manchen Tagen störend - das ist aber der einzige Wehrmutstropfen.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem traumhaften Haus. Alles war perfekt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar.

Great location and villa
This villa was ideal for us as a couple (or even suit a family), the pool was great and because we had it heated during our February stay, we were in the pool for hours every day. The location is ideal as it's only 15 minutes walk to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The only negative comments and it's only minor is that there is no Glas drinking glasses to be used by the pool area (quite correct) but no plastic glasses supplied.

Fantastische zwei Wochen in einem tollem Haus.
Unseren Urlaub verbrachten wir als Familie wieder in Corralejo. Dieses Haus war eines der besten Unterkünfte die wir je hatten. Der Check- in war persönlich vor Ort mit den Vermietern. Es wurde uns alles freundlich erklärt. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Alles ist mit Sinn und viel Liebe eingerichtet. Lucia und ihr Mann geben sich sehr viel Mühe das Haus, den Pool und die Außenanlagen gepflegt zu halten. Wir waren begeistert und kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. Vielen Dank Lucia und Ihrer Familie für den netten Kontakt!

The villa is well equipped, Internet and TV cable is great , the view on mountains from the roof terrace is great , we walked to the main shopping street , the walk is about 15 minutes but with amazing views, the villa is located near the famous sand dunes and this is a very special place , we had a wonderful, relaxed and peaceful holiday in this beautiful place ! We will definitely come back here

Great villa, well equipped, good location!!
Met by the owner Lucia, who was very helpful. The condition of the villa was very good and well equipped with everything even dishwasher tablets and washing tablets which you don't normally get. Pool and outside areas were excellent with very comfortable outdoor seating and sun loungers for six people. Clean BBQ

Almost like home!
Very important for us: it was clean. It is a modern house and we like that. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is perfect. The garden is beautiful with places in the sun or the shadow. The swimmingpool is too small for swimming, but when you are with children it is a fine place. Also important: the owners are nearby, very kind and resolved some little problems quickly. When we return to Fuerteventura we certainly rent this house again!
