Ceci est juste une villa idéale pour des vacances en famille. Mis à part le fait qu'il est magnifiquement construit et décoré - l'emplacement est tout simplement parfait. La villa est située dans un quartier résidentiel calme juste au-dessus de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik. Niché en plein cœur de la ville mais assez loin du bruit et de la foule de la ville. C'est un choix idéal pour une famille ou un groupe qui recherche des vacances d'été relaxantes. Vous n'aurez jamais à utiliser votre voiture car vous pouvez faire une très courte promenade vers le centre de la vieille ville et un arrêt de bus pour explorer d'autres quartiers de Dubrovnik est à quelques pas. 100 m² de penthouse moderne se compose d'un hébergement confortable avec 4 chambres (3 doubles, 1 simple + canapé-lit dans le salon) 2 salles de bain complètes, cuisine, une salle à manger et un salon pouvant accueillir confortablement un total de 7 personnes. La villa est entièrement climatisée et il y a internet WiFi. Donc, tous ensemble - tout simplement parfait.
En face de la villa se trouve une terrasse avec piscine et sa terrasse dominent les extérieurs de la villa offrant une vue imprenable sur tout le côté est de la ville avec la vieille ville et l'île de Lokrum comme attraction centrale et la mer ouverte au loin. Ce sera certainement un endroit où vous passerez beaucoup de vacances si vous choisissez de rester ici! S'allonger sur un solarium ou nager et profiter - vous ne pouvez pas manquer de vous détendre ici ... La piscine est équipée d'un équipement de nage à contre-courant (jet de nage) et d'un espace jacuzzi.
À distance de marche de la vieille ville et de la plage est à moins de 15 minutes. Pour revenir, il faut plus de temps à cause des escaliers. Mais, comme alternative, les clients peuvent utiliser un taxi ou un bus (numéro 3) qui s'arrête juste au-dessus de la maison. D'autres options sont d'utiliser une voiture ou un scooter car la maison dispose d'un parking.
À partir de là, vous pouvez entreprendre des voyages d'exploration le long de cette région fascinante et visiter de nombreuses petites villes et villages de la péninsule de Peljesac, Dubrovacko Primorje, Cavtat et, bien sûr, la vieille ville de Dubrovnik. The week we spent at Rina’s property was fantastic! Rina is a great host, always quick to reply and on hand to help make your stay as good as it can be! The location is perfect for visiting Dubrovnik Old Down as it’s just a walk into the main centre with a walk back involving many steps which helped burn a few calories!!

We loved staying at the Skance villa! The owner, Rina, was the perfect host - very accomodating and helpful! The house is gorgeous and modern, AC in 3 out of 4 bedrooms but the one without is connected to the kitchen which has AC so was cool enough. The view is absolutely amazing and the fact that the road is close by is not a big issue.
The pool area was amazing, the kids didn’t want to leave! Visiting the old town of Dubrovnik means walking in a lot of stairs, but we found out that if we took an Uber from the Pile gate it only took about 5 min to get back to the house. Bolt took longer and used a different way so more expensive. For the kids and grandmother this was perfect, for us who love to walk a climb up the stairs only took about 20 min from the Pile gate.
We are more than happy to go back in the future!

This beautiful penthouse is much more like a villa. Our host Rina was absolutely wonderful and helpful with everything, nothing being too much trouble. This penthouse has everything you need!!

It was our first visit to Dubrovnik as a family, six of with our adult sons and their friends. This property exceeded every expectation, as did Rina our host. Beautifully appointed with three double bedrooms and a single. Well maintained and the pool area provided a view of the old city like no other. There are many stairs down and back up to old town, but consider it exercise for all the amazing Croatian food you’ll enjoy. There is even a wonderful family of turtles in the garden to greet you each morning. We would highly recommend this property as spacious and all you’ll need during your visit. Only caveat would be to prepare for the spiral architectural stairs to the upstairs bedrooms, fine for most, but if you have mobility issues keep it in mind. We can’t wait to visit Rina and her amazing home at some point in the near future. Hvala vam, Rina.

Rina’s place is really lovely, as is Rina. She was so helpful with any information we needed and is so incredibly friendly. The apartment is well placed for getting in and out of Dubrovnik Old Town, it took about 15-20 mins to walk down, please be prepared for lots of stairs and hills! Mostly we walked down and got an Uber back up. We had such a fabulous week exploring Dubrovnik and the surrounding area, highly recommend going to the island of Lokrum a ferry runs every 30 mins, take a towel and some swimmers as there is a beautiful pool called the Dead Sea. Another place we found on the last day was Cavtat which is really pretty and well worth a visit. All in all as our first visit to Croatia we had a fabulous experience.

This is a beautiful home, very clean and everything you need. Lovely views from the terrace and balcony and a 10 minute walk to the Pile gate. Uber is around £8 to get back up the hill but can walk it in 20 minutes of you take it easy. The path to walk up to the viewpoint is right behind the property, definately worth a visit. Rina could not have been a better host. Great communication and so helpful - thank you for an amazing stay.

To summarize: a great property, which matches the description on the App. Three full sized double bedrooms, one with a lovely balcony/terrace. An oversized bathroom too on the top floor. It’s a great modern well equipped place to stay. Spiral staircase would be tricky for the (very) elderly but never a drama when we were there. Donwnstairs has a great living space and a good kitchen. We cooked there a couple of nights but it’s also easy to walk into the old town for dinner. It’s very convenient for town, and the walk back up the hill is very manageable. The pool was a great retreat from the crowded old town streets. We would have a breakfast at the villa, walk down to town for coffee, sightseeing then lunch. We would head back up to the villa in the afternoon to chill by the pool and read, then head back to town for the evening. All very good. And Rina is a spectacular host.

We had a wonderful two week holiday staying in Rina's villa. Villa is really well equiped and more spacious that we thought. Location was excellent just a short(ish) walk into the old town - we often walked down and got an Uber back. Rina was the most amazing and thoughtful host arranging trips for us, giving restaurant advice - it felt like having a concierge service. I'd recommend Villa Skance to anyone wanting a short or long trip to Dubrovnik. Passing on Rina's great advice, our favourite restaurants were Arsenal and Proto and the day long boat trip around the three islands was amazing

Villa Skance was the perfect place for our vacation to Croatia. Close proximity to many major attractions, but far enough away to avoid traffic and large crowds. Rina was an excellent host and provided us with everything we needed to have a great stay. Her recommendations for food and attractions really helped us get the full, non touristy experience. If I return to Croatia in the future, I’m not looking at anywhere else to stay, because it doesn’t get better than Villa Skance.

We loved staying in Rina's home! The villa was perfect for our group and the pool was great to have during our hot August trip. We walked down the stairs many times a day and would taxi back up for less than $10 USD. Rina was lovely and kind--we hope to come back soon!

Modern and nicely decorated house with a well-equipped kitchen and a nice pool 10 minutes-walk from the Old Town (a nice hike up). Beware of the staircase leading to the rooms if you are with small children. Rina is very accomodating and we had a great stay!

We stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful home, furnished in great taste and with modern appliances. The house was comfortable and spotless. Rina is a gracious hostess who provided snacks and drinks in the fridge since we had advised we would be arriving late in the evening. She treated us as if we were family and even brought me a gift when she learned it was my birthday. The pool is a treat to enjoy on a hot day after walking the ramparts in the stunning old city. The house has a fantastic view of the sea and it takes about 10 minutes to walk down the hill to the center of town. Rina is always available to answer any questions or make recommendations. We will stay here again with pleasure.

One of the only private pools in central Dubrovnik which was great, although fairly small. Villa lovely, and Rina cold not have been more helpful. 'Only' 430 stairs down the Pile gate!

What a lovely place to stay.. Everything we needed, pool was gorgeous, Rina was an exceptional host bringing us wine on arrival and then taking us to a supermarket in the middle of a huge thunder Storm (the weather was fab after that!!) we really didn't want to leave!.. Thankyou so much Rina xx

We stayed at villa Skance for a week while we were in Dubrovnik for our wedding and could not have loved it more! The villa is modern, clean and bright as well as being really well equipped but what made it for us was the owner Rina. She was amazing, she organised our airport transfer for us, stored our luggage, she made sure we had plenty to eat and drink on arrival as it was evening and shops were closed at no cost. She even drove us to the registry office in her own car for our wedding meeting. We did not want to leave and will definitely return!

We rent the charming stone villa with a group of seven adults for a trip new years eve.
Everything was perfect:
The villa is very nice, clean, warm, cosy and very well equiped. There are 4 bed rooms and two bath rooms (with hair dryer ;-) ) and everything is as pictured. The apartment is perfect for a group of friends or two families. The living room and the kitchen area are perfect for hanging round and preparing diner.
The patio was perfect for having breakfast in the sun in the morning. Furthermore, the apartment is very close to the old city, maybe 10 minutes to walk down and a little longer to come back.
The travelling time in winter is perfect for exploring the city without thousands of other tourits ;-)
Rina is a very helpful host, for help with getting round, ideas what to do or asking round for a boat trip. Thanks a lot Rina.

We had 5 great days in Dubrovnik. Rina was a super host - responsive before we arrived and extremely helpful with tips for places to go and see. The house is very nice and has plenty of room for 2 families (4 adults / 4 kids). Wholeheartedly recommend! :-)

Villa was perfect - great setting and just a walk from old town - Rina the host was very helpful and very friendly. As it was late Saturday she made sure we had provisions as shops not open on Sunday - I would highly recommend it
