The view is amazing, and the breakfast is delicious.
Tidiane (reception host and manager) makes his best to keep it in order, but Addams is a sunshine in that house.
Being nice and helpful and friendly and flexible is way more importante than being strict.
The room is quite simple, and they could make an effort to make it cosier and nicer. They sure know people would come for the view and don't improve anything else. The bed is 2 single beds together, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep as a couple. Pillows and mattress aren't that great. The one thing that bothered us and we complained twice, without any solution was the window door didn't lock, and anyone could get in from the hallway directly into our room. Fortunetely there was a box in the room. That wasn't a big deal, but still there was no option suggested to us. Apart from that, the view is really good. I could write so much about the social and housing problems in Imsouane, but I rather left that aside.

Excelente sitio! Mucho mejor y más bonito que los demás.
Están construyendo al lado pero solo lo oimos el sábado (te despierta) porque el domingo deacansaban.

Wifi ultra rapide (bien meilleur que chez moi). Cadre idéal pour télétravailler en toute sérennité (et aller surfer le matin, le midi ou le soir)
Emplacement superbe face au Spot de la Baie. Plage accessible en 2 minutes à pieds.
Nourriture faite minute délicieuse
Excellent café également
Nous sommes restés 16 jours. Il y avait des jours ou le personnel était extrêmement serviable, d'autre, de façon parfois surprenante, où il l'était moins.

Le décor est beaucoup plus froid que sur les photos. La piscine est très froide. Le restaurant n’est pas ouvert, où uniquement sur réservation, mais à aucun moment on nous a demandé si on voulait réserver

Personeel was super vriendelijk!

The view but electricity went and therefor we couldn’t open the shutters to see the view. The staff are sweet and doing their best but not very well trained
We asked to stay an extra night & we were told to book for 2 extra nights. The studio was already set up with us and they had no booking yet they wouldn’t let us book for 3rd night. Poor costumer service

The position is unique and the view is astonishing
There were constructions works in the unit next to ours, the furniture of the place is very essential (not minimalistic) it could be well furnished (with some Moroccan taste) the price is high but it’s not reasonable. Was my second time in this accommodation. I will be back

La atención al cliente. Un sólo recepcionista que trabaja muchísimas horas y que está cansado siempre. Teníamos que pedir que limpiara la habitación porque se les olvidaba. Y cada día teníamos que pedir papel higiénico porque no lo reponían.

View was exceptional, apartment was neat and clean.
Staff were mediocre and what was available on the menu wasn’t what I expected. Typically as a menu would suggest, the house is able to provide.
If you’re expecting a cocktail on your balcony or perhaps a glass of something with dinner then you’re not going to receive it. Music by members of staff was incredibly loud, it felt like I was in a nightclub and completely ruined the ambience.
All in all what you’re paying for is an outstanding view, but in Imsouane, you’ll get that in any direction you look at.
So let’s talk about the food available, evening meals were good. Breakfast meals were so poor. Definitely wouldn’t recommend having breakfast here.
To be fair I’m comparing how far my money goes in other places, comparative to Essouaria the service isn’t as slick and value for money isn’t the same. This might be due to the difference in terms of tourist footfall.

Great hosts, amazing view and large room. (We had a room with small kitchen, double bed room and 2 single bed rooms plus lounge area Great breakfast they kindly brought to our room on request.
The kids loved Netflix on tv after a day at the beach.
People mention the dogs barking- this is pretty much the case throughput Morocco, just take some ar plugs. It is a very quick walk to the beach, a little shop selling drinks opposite.

i really loved the location and the view. the balcony superior. the pool and resto area was ballin. Siad and staff were great, friendly and accommodating… and even bumped me up to the better bigger room for the same price. thank you!
my very only complaint was the pillows, and the king sized bed was just being 2 doubles pushed together. you expect super comfortable pillows and a full sized mattress at 185Cad a night. I folded the duvet from the spare room and used that as my pillow and it was exactly what i needed. if they had new pillows then it’s absolutely worth it, but the duvet work-around may help you

The location is great and the views over the sea are beautiful. The room was asic but clean and comfortable. The communal space around the pool is gorgeous and having breakfast overlooking the sea was so nice. The staff were lovely and worked hard to please. They were responsive to all of our requests and I’d recommend Magic House to anyone who’s looking for a chilled stay in a lovely setting.

Gorgeous view, very nice property with all the amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy access to town buy away from the noise.

The location overlooks the bay surfing point and the surrounding landscape is more spectacular than we had expected. Everything in Imsouane is a short walk.
It's completely out of the accommodation's control and this didn't impact the rating, but the neighbourhood stray dogs barked a bit at night.
