Antica Dimora Romana... ADR is perfectly located in Minori. Only a few stairs (well approximately 58 down) to the main street and footsteps away from the beach. The balcony/terrace was incredible (HUGE), which offered an incredible view of the beach and water. From what I saw there is not another balcony even close to the size of ADR's in all of Minori. The host did meet us upon our arrival and helped to carry some of the bags to the apartment. The pictures online are exactly what you will find inside. The only exception is that the second bathroom (shower) is quite small and no light, and not depicted well in the photos.
We traveled with 4 (2 adults, 22 and 17). The loft bedroom was not hot (as i read on prior reviews) and never used the fan, as the AC sits directly across from the loft floor which kept the loft area quite cool The secondary (single) bedroom did not have any circulating air, so it was a bit warmer than the main living area and main bedroom, but was not bad. A few times the power tripped, and our host informed us upon check in how to remedy this (quite easy to reset from the outside). We also did run out of hot water one day, and quickly learned to shower conservatively so that all four had adequate warm water every day. There is a tiny washing machine, and the kitchen is equipped with everything that you may need.
The beach is literally just outside your door (down steps and footsteps away from the base of the steps). Also right there is the ferry to Salerno, Maiori, Amalfi and Positano. Many restaurants, a grocery across the street and another up the road across from Roman Villa (which provides fresh bread daily), and around the corner from that grocery is a deli that serves breakfast breads, sweets, coffee, and makes amazing sandwiches to order. RistoBar Antares in the main Piazza serves fantastic lunches (sandwiches are huge and $5-$7 euros), unfortunately they were closed (Monday) when we went to have dinner there.
Overall the apartment was quite pleasant, though the corners of the showers doors did show signs of not being completely clean. There was an odor of "stale" water from just about anywhere there was a "closed" area (under kitchen sink, dishwasher, under bathroom sinks and washing machine).
The sofa had several "stains" on it (remedied by using a comforter over top of sofa). The single bed (mattress) was not as nice as the others (you could feel the coils). The host was helpful, but not the fastest in response time when trying to setup/revise itineraries.
TAXI STATION...the taxis were basically non-existent during our stay (July 6-11). We were forced to schedule a private transfer to get us out of Positano in the evening (after the last ferry departure). Seemed every taxi I spoke to wanted to take people on a tour rather than simply transport people from Minori to another local location. (We were taking a late ferry to Positano and thought that we could simply grab a taxi back but were told that many drivers would not want to do this because the trip could be anywhere between 60-90 minutes depending upon traffic).
There is quite a lot of road noise as ADR sits directly above the main road on a bend and hill, but it definitely dies down late in the evening, and closing the "blackout" doors definitely helps to reduce the road noise. None of these cons would prevent me from staying here again if in Minori.

Amazing large balcony with view of the ocean. Very close to the beach so easy to go for daily swim. Also property is on the Revello walking path & it’s a fabulous 1 hour walk to beautiful Revello.
Bathrooms & kitchen are a little small, but manageable

Location was amazing ad the view from the balcony was stunning.

the view of the beach, the sea and the promenade was so lovely from the balcony, could watch the village milling around from morning to night. the apartment was so lovely, lots of space for the 5 of us, some lovely Italian character too, just a beautiful place to relax and easy to get around Amalfi coast from
Minori by bus
there was nothing not to like :)

Loved the patio and view. Beds were very comfortable. Nicely decorated with many special touches. Beautiful mosaic tables. Good washing machine. Central location to pier and buses. Enjoyed the neighborhood, lots of restaurants and shops. Host was responsive, pleasant and accommodating.
Only two rolls of toilet paper for one week for four guests seemed stingy and inadequate. Host responded to our request to provide dish soap and dishwasher soap and to replace broken cups but not to provide toilet paper. Definitely needs some attention that could make it really special. No kettle, broken corkscrew, broken screen on bathroom window and patio door. Smoke fumes from other apartments or street, permeated the apartment even when windows were closed sometimes. Closet smelled of dirty shoes.
Kitchen floor and the top of the refrigerator was not clean, corners of the floor were very dirty. Dishcloth was dirty and no tea towel was provided. Floor was mopped but not scrubbed, especially the corners. Similarly, the cupboard doors in the main bathroom were dirty and I washed them off but they still needed to be scrubbed.

Beautiful view, very spacious, all the amenities we needed and very close to the beach.
The only downside to this place is the amount of stairs to get to it. For people with reduced
mobility or heavy luggage this is a minus, on the plus side Giorgio was very nice about helping us up with the luggage.

The location of this apartment was perfect!! And the size was great for 3 travelers. We all had room for ourselves. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes to use. Everything was clean and comfortable!
We did love the stay, and would stay again, but there could be a mention of the stairs to the apartment in the description. Only because one of the people in my group has some mobility issues. I think we would have chosen to stay there anyway, but a heads up for anyone else.

Very friendly accommodation host Giorgio was met us at the port. Location is perfect. Apartment is very beautiful and super terrace. The only thing to consider is that there are lots of steps (77) up to the propery.
Not everyone may like that fact that there are mini ants on the edge of the terrace and a little in the rooms.

The balcony is to die for, We felt so lucky to be able to find a place like this! just awsome! overlooking the beach! The apartment is very big and perfect for a family of 6. 2 adults in master bedroom, My 15 year old daughter in her own room at the side whiched opend to the balcony like the master room. Fantastic. 2 13 year old boys up in the Mezzanine above the main lounge which is ideal solution to get the extra beds in yet can get very hot up there but we were mid august and Georgio did supply fans etc so its a perfect idea for extra beds. Location is spot on here. I mean absolutely amazing! TV, Kitchen, 2 shower rooms, still cant believe we found this place for the budget.
The steps! oh my, not easy but this is the Amalfi coast and can be a lot worse. This isnt a reflection on the property at all, just a pre warning! The kitchen is a small but we managed a few meals in there no problems and ate on the balcony so was good.

Fabulous roof terrace which looked out over minori & out to sea. Spacious apartment with plenty of room for everyone.
Nothing we didn’t like. There are lots of steps up to the property which may be a consideration for others but not a problem for us

great space for the whole family, amazing balcony overlooking minori.
the air conditioning in one room was broken, and wasn’t fixed until we left. would be good to have more toilet roll, hand soap, shampoo etc

The appartment is beautiful and perfectly kept. It is located on a busy street so it can get noisy. The terrace and the view are amazing.

Georgio met us with a smile on his face and kindly helped us with baggage. The apartment was spotless and very welcoming. The huge terrace was amazing and was where we spent most of our time.
The washing machine was not working and the air conditioners only worked partially. We hated the 75 stairs it takes to reach the apartment but that terrace was worth it

we loved the spacious terrace and the view from our apt. the host was helpful and available to assist us.
the bathrooms were small but understandable. we had a minor problem of ac but host was able to help us.

Lovely property, nicely decorated, with an incredible balcony overlooking the beautiful marina of Minori. Extremely central. It had air conditioning and all the main appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine. We were extremely happy with our choice, the best of three properties we rented in the Amalfi cost during our stay!
