This place is AMAZING!!! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE CHECK In & check out GIRLS. THE HOUSEKEEPING Lady!! It was like a picture perfect room!. They view was BEAUTIFUl 😍 We had to have help from the Maintenance Department!!! Our car has a 1975 top carrier on it! My husband needed help getting it into the garage! See this hotels web site for my full review!! The breakfast was Superior to any I have ever ate! Our dog was well received! All the staff. Loved her! That was so sweet of them!

The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was also very versatile and delicious — a nice touch as well to have to-go coffee cups available at the buffet.

The only thing that could’ve been improved was communication before arrival. I had sent a message to the hotel through the Booking App asking about sleep arrangements, but never got a response, so I wasn’t positive what all I needed to prepare and bring with.

The breakfast. The eggs were cold even though they were in the chaffing dish. The fruit wasn’t fresh (mushy). We paid for breakfast in our reservation, but ended up going out to a restaurant for breakfast the next day.

The rooms are really big and spacious. There is a small kitchen but there are so many great restaurants nearby, we kept trying those! It's close to the Swamp Rabbit trail and we brought our bikes to ride there. It's right across the street from the new baseball stadium, which wasn't open while we were there. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

I wish we'd known ahead of time that we had to pay for parking. It's a very nice, convenient garage and not too expensive, but I didn't know until we checked in that we would have to pay.

The cleaning crew needs to pay more attention to detail. The bed sheets/cover on the pull out couch had not been cleaned and had stains on them as well as many small brown items. Not sure if it was crumbs or bugs.
