Leak under sink in handicap bathroom that didn't get fixed wad scared I would slip I needed a handicap cause of had a stroke

A really good hot shower

Somebody said we were too loud and hell I thought it was quiet all damn night staff had to come up there and ask us to be quiet but he held up with that. Run down. Multiple holes in the walls of room & bathroom. Dirty. Stained linens. Stained flooring. Lots of transient foot traffic. Bizarre location behind a strip mall. Didn’t feel safe, ended up checking into a different hotel.

There wasn’t much I did like, apart from the friendly staff.

Everything the room was not handicapped accessible and it specified it was.put on 2nd floor no elevators there was a gap in the front door all the way around the door. The smoke alarm wasn't working no blanket on the bed cockroach in the room. Over all disgusting. Could smell smoke.on the beds when it was a no smoking room. Will not stay.there again would have left if I wasnt already charged for.the room definitely wouldn't recommend.

The outside of the Motel looked very Dirty & you could see light coming threw the door frame when your laying in bed. kinda scary

Location only because of the reason I was in the area.

Loud music started around 1030-11 had to turn the ac so I wouldn't hear the people or the music there. Not the cleanest place .if you want a cheap place and don't care about noise this is your place!

Nothing, I have never been more uncomfortable about staying somewhere ever.

People were hanging over balconies, doing drugs. I couldn't even get out of the car. Never felt so unsafe before.

No load noise or banging all night, privacy

The staff was rude and did not know what they were doing I was double charged, over charged, and given a room less than what I reserved

Most of the staff (with the exception of the person that checked us in) were very friendly and accommodating. The maintenance person even jump started our vehicle because of the below freezing temperatures (above and beyond and much appreciated)!! Hot water was readily available.

Sheets and pillow cases were still dirty (we brought our own). Towels were very old, stiff and had stains. We got there at 2:50 pm and the person checking us in gave us a key to get in the room. We carried all our stuff up to the room and the key didn't work. I went back down to the desk and she informed me the room wasn't ready and that check in was at 5pm (though it clearly stated check in was 3 pm online) and asked us to come back in an hour and the room would be ready. It was supposed to be a non smoking room but it clearly smelled like cigarette smoke. Furthermore, it smelled like cigarette smoke was being piped into the room the whole time we were there. You have to wear socks out shoes all the time because the floors are filthy. The refrigerator wasn't clean, and we were given one roll of tp and one towel each for a three day stay.
