Staff was not nice and we were at the pool and someone freaked out running out of a room, acting all crazy than five other women surrounded her than a guy.

The pictures online are definitely not the hotel we seen. I didn’t know the area and it was my first time in that city.

I had a king room, when we got there I of course looked everything over. When I sat on the bed something scratched my leg. It was the metal from the mattress that had broke and was poking through the mattress. Also the tub was like standing on a water balloon. The house keeper told us they keep patching the tub instead of replacing it.

The Manager has a terrible attitude and bad disposition about herself she is very unprofessional and she is also disrespectful to your guests… She don’t deserve to be a manager anywhere

People talked all night outside my room tweaked up on drugs The lamps in the room didn’t work The First room they gave me was already opened and had stuff inside of it

It felt as an hotel from a crime movie, bad looking from the outside and guests around looked quite dodgy. I won't recommend it for family with kids.

Went into room black mold over top of bed all above the bed on trim...everywhere. they gave me another room tv didnt work holes in curtains and entrance was on back alley it was HORRIBLE. RUINED GREENVILLE FOR ME AND THE BAYMONT.

The first room was great but the tub had no foundation and I could feel I was about to cave through, so I switched rooms and the bathroom was dirty. The toilet was clogged.
