The staff 🥰 they were super nice during the whole stay and they baked a cake for our friend’s birthday and accommodated my other friend’s dietary needs - she is celiac and allergic to dairy and eggs, so it’s no easy deed! Thank you Cyrel! Shower is great, they also have a bidet by the toilet. Robes are fluffy. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were included and very tasty and nicely presented.

Nothing I disliked about the property, I would prefer to be closer to the ski lanes, but if I were to come back, I would stay here again anyway.

В моем номере была прохладная вода, но решили проблему другим номером. И хотелось бы регулярный трансфер на склон, потому что приехала кататься

The rooms are warm with adequate heating. The view is nice if you get a balcony room. The hotel next door Geography has a nice bar with nice food.

The water in the shower was cold and didn't heat up no matter how long you ran it. The food that was included was inedible- raw eggs and chicken, cold pasta it was disgusting. The hotel does not offer free transportation to the ski lift so you end up paying 30 lari each way. Also you need to go out to eat in the evening so its ends up being 120 lari per day approx on taxis (46 dollars). The man at the desk put a curfew on us to be back by 11pm. The bed was uncomfortable and itchy. They didn't clean the four nights we were there and we had to request toilet paper and a change of towels. It is not as advertised at all.

Staff are very accommodating, room is not outdated when it comes to facilities (hot/cold bidet is available!). Overall our stay was perfectly comfortable and has perfect scenic view.

Dental kits not available, but the rest are all good👍
