This modern apartment is attractive and comfortable. The location right in old town is excellent. George, the manager, was friendly and very helpful. He arranged late night transportation from the airport, and again for our trip home even though we were no longer staying in the apartment.

The bedrooms would benefit from a bit more hanging and storage space. We were only there four days, so it wasn't a big deal. But for longer term tenants it would be a problem. We mentioned the issue to George and he immediately began considering ways to remedy it.

The host was super friendly and helpful - he helped us with everything we needed, was very courteous, even offered to go and get our PCR tests for us so we wouldn't waste time on that. As for the apartment, it is a perfect place for three couples or for a family of 5-6 people - in these cases the value for money ratio is mind blowing. It's located in old Tbilisi and you can walk to the old city cetner in 10 minutes. There are three bedroomsl; a very nice livingroom with a record player, fireplace, and huge sofa for 6-7 people to sit; a kitchen with everything you need - stove, cookware, microwave owen, coffemaker etc. Everything was clean and new. The rooftop is an awesome place to spend nights during the curfew with some wine - we were the only ones with the access to it. Next time I'm going with my friends or family to Tbilisi, this is going to be my first choice for staying.

Everything about Tbilisi core apartments is just perfect!!! From first meeting George to collect the keys at 5am!!! We were planning on a 2 week trip that ended up more than 3 months due to COVID-19! George was sooo accommodating and helpful! The apartment is sooo well maintained and spacious and so much natural light! Whenever we had a question or needed help, no matter what time of the day, George was always on call, answering quickly and even coming quickly to help! George made this stay so so special! And the apartment really became like home! The terrace is one of the best terraces in Georgia!!! Rooms r very spacious! And bathrooms are new and well maintained! The apartment location is Central and perfect!! The apartment and services are just perfect!!! I cannot wait for us to always stay here whenever we visit Tbilisi!

There was NOTHING that we didn't like, both about the apartment and about Tbilisi Core!

I little cold because of the time of year and we live in a hot country hot water bottles would have been fab!
