As camas grandes eram confortáveis.
O apartamento só tem 1 janela e 1 porta, não possui ventilação.
Muito cheiro de mofo. São 3 quartos, nenhum com janelas. O subsolo era claustrofóbico, abafado e mal cheiroso. Banheiros também sem ventilação.
Não estava bem limpo. Uma pessoa entrou no apartamento enquanto estávamos lá, nos sentimos muito assustados e com medo.
As chaves ficam muito longe do apartamento e num lugar pouco seguro, péssimo pra quem chega na cidade e está com malas. Muito barulho da rua e da vizinhança. Dá a impressão que o metrô passa logo abaixo do apartamento que fica no térreo e subsolo. Pela parede dos fundos, parece que fica um depósito de restaurante, barulho de engradados e movimento durante todas as noites.

Nothing, it was bad.
Obtaining the keys was longwinded and ridiculous, it was over a kilometre away. The apartment is right on the street, people use the front door as a seat. There are no windows other than the window that opens right on the street. There are multiple steps in this apartment which is not disclosed. There is a lack of bedding, towels were very thin. Bathroom was small and no fan. Dishwasher door was broken. We had to move after one night as my mother has mobility issues plus we were all quite distressed over the apartment. For the ridiculous price we had to pay (which was not refunded), it was really, really disappointing.

Location was fine and not too far to walk to Norte Dame (30 mins) and the metro was about 5 mins walk. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby in walking distance. Apartment was spacious and being on two floors each family was able to have their own space. Nice big kitchen and dining seating area. There is only one window next to the dining room table, so if you like natural light and air in your bedrooms be aware - not a challenge for our family.,
The air conditioning was not working but as we were out every day it was not too much of a problem, to be fair we did not report it.

High ceiling, open space, big dining room table. The bottom floor was a feature! Street that the apartment was located on was buzzing with life, but quiet at night. Well conected with Metro, 25mins from Louvre on foot :)! Lovely area! Felt safe and happy!
One wc, (but 2 showers/bathtub), it was managable for 3 days. We spent the most of our time outside. Floors were vacumed but not cleaned. Read your instruction couple of times, apartment is on the road don't go wondering in the building like me. Lol

This was a fantastic place for our family of 6 to stay in Paris. It is a close walk to many attractions and close to the metro for further ones. The apartment is adequate and charming. We appreciated the two televisions. The kitchen was well equipped for the most part. The double beds were comfortable. The apartment is located in a good neighbourhood with restaurants and shops.
The Nespresso didn't seem to work, so there was no way of making coffee. A French press would have gone a long way. Our sons complained of the bunkbeds being uncomfortable.

The property was spacious, clean, convenient, and in a nice area. ❤️ The communications were clear and with no mistakes or issues.

The location was amazing - so close to multiple metro stops and near everything you could need - supermarket, restaurants, boulangerie

I was at the apartment on time for the check in but no one had cleaned already. After more than 1 hour the cleaner came saying that she had some issues with public transports (which is something very recurring within reviews so I guess they use it as an excuse).
In the meantime I tried to call the owner in order to understand what was going on but he/she never answer before 1 hour at least.
As you can image I had to wait there with all my luggages for 2 hours without knowing if someone was actually going to come and clean.
In addition they gave us 1 single small towel per person and we were supposing to have shower, wash the face and everything else using that single small towel only for 4 nights.

The location was good and the beds were comfortable
the service was terrible. we were unable to enter j til. 5:30 when told we could leave our bags at noon when we arrived.
it took until after 8:30 for the place to be cleaned. the host didn’t even respond to Ms at phone calls and e-mails.
the air conditioner did NOT work.

no air conditioning!!! it did not worked!! we asked for help, and they brought us a ventilator… the basement stairs are dangerous! no bathroom in the basement room. only a tube.

It’s very nice apartment. Facility is comfortable and cleaning is perfect. Location is very convenient, closed to Metro and there are a lot of restaurant surrounding.

the best part that gives points to this property is the location which is great. otherwise we had enough space and it was comfortable enough.
there is no really possible to open a window and bring fresh air. for what it cost i would expect some basic amenities like toilet paper. they had too rolls for 5 people staying 4 nights. also one has to pick up the keys from another location not ideal if your are traveling with 3 kids.

Spacious, lovely decor. Great location with metro nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants
No hand towels and lack of ventilation in toilet however only used as a base for sleeping so not a problem for us.

Spacious, well presented property in a great location. The advertising was accurate and it was very well equipped and clean throughout.
Only having one key between 6 was difficult!
