Location is excellent. How can you go wrong at Turtle Bay?

No complaints ... Should have some kind of spray cleaner for counter tops etc. Could not see building number at night when we arrived., had to make a call just a minor inconvenience.

Loved the location on the grounds of Turtle Bay in the “countryside” of Oahu! Access to the full resort with restaurants, shopping and beaches! Felt so private and cozy too 😊 Also, we were so impressed with all the amenities available to use such as Snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach towels, sun screen, bug spray, shampoo, conditioner, body wash!!! It’s was wonderful !!! Next time we will know to just bring clothes & swim suits from home. 😎🌺

Mildew smell from inside the washing machine was noticeable. As someone who lived in Hawai’i for 12 yrs I know that can be difficult to control. However, I found a few Clorox wipes around the inside of the rubberized door seal cleaned much of it out during our stay.

We rented this place for my Father-In-Law while we stayed at a nearby location. It was clean, comfortable, and decorated very nicely. The lanai was amazing...he used it everyday. Free parking, quiet relaxing location, all the beach toys included that one might need.

Parking was easy, right in front of the condo. Communication from owner was great - a small plumbing issue arose before our check-in and it was dealt with painlessly. The kitchen was well-appointed - we used the blender, toaster, coffee maker, stove, and microwave, as well as the fridge - lots of tools and utensils if you're planning to cook. 5-10 min walk to Turtle Bay, Kuilima Cove was good for a last-minute snorkel before check-out. Sister said the pull-out couch was comfortable. The fan in the main bedroom seems to be stuck on only the low setting, but using the box fan from the closet was a big help.

No big negatives, mainly just the main bedroom ceiling fan groaning and not going above the first speed, but box fan mitigated that. We didn't need the a/c units at all, in October/November. Also, if you hear a tsunami siren on the 1st, that's a test. We had a small panic from it, but hopefully some locals got to laugh at us.

The condo feels kind of dirty

While the accommodation is well out of the way of anything (you for sure need a rental car to fully enjoy it), the property is well equipped with everything you could need. From washer/dryer/dishwasher and 2 full bathrooms, to all the beach gear you can think of regardless of the composition of your party (snorkelgear, bodyboards, beach towels, umbrella, chairs, you name it). STock up on food at a supermarket near Honolulu and hide out here, it is great!

The pull-out bed in the living room was fine for our little boys, but I doubt a grown-up would be comfortable in it. So we would recommend the place for a couple or family with small kids, but not for 4 grown-ups :-).

Everything! The pool was amazing and the private beach was awesome for the kids! We love Hawaii! Mahalo for everything!

Excellent location; it backs to the golf course which makes easy access to walking paths. Keys were easily accessible. Screened porch with chairs were great for relaxing first thing in the morning and watching the sun rise. Plenty of towels, including beach towels were provided. Airconditioning in the bedroom and living room were great, but didn't need them since there were ceiling fans. There's plenty of breeze that goes thru the front door if left open. There were also plenty of beach equipments available: boogey boards, snorkel shoes. New washer and dryer in the condo. Place was perfect for me and my husband. Price was reasonable and hope it doesn't go up because we would definitely stay there again.

Wifi was slow sometimes; internet service was cutting in and out. We couldn't figure out how to turn the TV on, but that was ok since we really didn't need to watch TV.

Very relaxing. Beautiful outlook to golf course.

Yapping dog woke us at daybreak (or just before)each day. Good alarm but maybe 1 hour later would be better.
