Host was on-site to show us around the property (amenities, supplies, etc). Host was very attentive and easily contactable to assist. A complete info-book was provided with all necessary information of activities, surrounding public transport/locations, and emergency contact numbers.

The apartment unit was only accessible by stairs, and we had to carry our luggages up and down during check-in and check-out (to be fair, host helped to carry one of our heaviest luggage when we arrived).

Нет телевизора,нет духовки,маленькая плита для приготовления пищи. Иногда беспокоил шум пролетавших самолетов. И на 10 ночей очень мало 2 полотенца на человека

La struttura ha una posizione eccellente, vicino ai mezzi pubblici e a un parcheggio pubblico non a pagamento. L'appartamento era caldo e accogliente. Ottima la pulizia e la comodità dei letti. Dire che l'appartamento è di design non è propriamente vero con arredi non ben combinati e quadri discutibili, ma nell'insieme la cosa importante era la comodità e l'ottima temperatura delle stanze. La cucina era molto ben attrezzata così come gli altri servizi messi a disposizione. Ci hanno lasciato una bottiglia di vino come benvenuto e le altre che avevano messo a nostra disposizione erano a buon prezzo. Consiglio per una coppia senza bambini.

Abbiamo dovuto buttare la spazzatura e lavare anche i piatti dell'ultima colazione. Queste due cose facevano parte delle regole dell'affitto. Migliorerei questi aspetti per rendere la struttura ancora più confortevole.

Bright, spacious and interesting place with a variety of art work. It was conveniently located for the XL factory area and the iconic Lisbon bridge

It was hot as there was no air conditioner. Fans were available in each room and helped to cool the air a bit The bathroom needs updating; for example, a sink had a blockage. However, everything was in a usable condition

Reasonable location in Lisbon with a spacious full self catering apartment that have all the necessary amenities and appliances required for a comfortable stay. It is primarily a residential area with local inhabitants. We were welcomed with a free bottle of wine and a nice clean venue. The apartment is somewhat bohemian and well stocked with some contemporary art. They even supplied a small amount of salt, oil, sugar, coffee and all the cleaning agents. Very nice touch! The tram station is close by to move efficiently to the old town and tourist areas. It is also within walking distance of Belem district and the promenade. A supermarket and a Michelin restaurant is in close proximity. Parking could be a problem as it is street parking although it is free parking.

We experienced good weather but in the absence of an air-conditioner super warm days may pose a problem with comfort and sleeping at night. As mentioned parking could be problematic.

Good proximity to tourist areas in Belém

They were 30 minutes late for our check in and we had to wait outside with all our suitcases and our young baby. Apartment building is old and run down. Neighbours are loud.

Very nice and confortable apartment. Well-equipped kitchen. Excellent location for exploring Lisbon - close the bus, tram. Close Lidll shop. Really nice staff. The airport shuttle and the left-luggage service in the Office (Rossio square) were very useful.

The apartment is quaint and I loved the art decorating the apartment. It is spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the little things the host did that made our stay more comfortable- they were unexpected and much appreciated.
