There are many different restaurants right outside the hotel with excellent food, affordable prices. There is a LIDL just 5 min. walk away with cheap food. Metro station 10 min. away going to airport. Uber is cheaper than metro for two persons. The breakfast was good to excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. WIFI working well. Cleaning staff was helpful and diligent. Tap water was drinkable, however, the beer Super Bock was about as cheap.

The TV was quite old, with no English-speaking channels. Not a big problem, though, because we used WIFI to view our home TV channels. No balcony.

The room was a good size and comfortable, and the reception staff were friendly. The hotel is walking distance from a metro station.

The breakfast was rather poor - although the buffet had a good variety to cater for different tastes, the eggs always looked "tired" and the cakes/croissants looked "old". The general layout of the buffet/dining area is also inconvenient. For the room, there wasn't the usual key-card slot near the door, where once you remove the key-card, all electricity in the room is switched off, so I had to go around manually switching things off before leaving the room.

We had one only one complementary tiny water bottle for 2 persons for 3 days ….

Lovely hotel, breakfast included, all very nice. Just a very long walk down to the main Lisbon Town area. Made up for the fact that little restaurants nearby were really good, and more for locals than tourists. Car parking in the hotel and this whole area (we parked 3 days in an underground parking facility over the road) is very expensive. Staff very helpful and polite.

Location was great with a lot amazing restaurants around. I had a room on the 8th floor so my room was light with an amazing view over the trees. The room was clean bed was comfy. The breakfast was good! Would defineret stay here again.

Nothing to complain about - clean room, comfort bed, perfectly working appliances, very nice stuff. Breakfast is very decent, always with fresh squeezed juice and fresh baked croissants.

Not impressed about the hotel. And it seams expensive for what it is offering. There is a lot of walking between other tables to be able to pick up your breakfast. Same breakfast options every morning. Nothing especial.

The bed is comfortable and the staff are polite. Location is great,lots of restaurants around and Public transport is close aswell.

I had some pretty loud neighbours but that's not the fault of the hotel I guess.
