Excellent place, clean, spacious, good A/C, fridge with water and snacks, super comfortable mattress and firm pillows, quiet and close to everything. Also had a wonderful dinner following the host’s recommendation. Would definitely return!

The owner was very nice. The room was roomy and quiet. The bathroom was modern.
One morning there was no hot water. One morning the cleaning lady didn't leave me a regular towel. No other channels on TV besides Italian channels.

Everything was perfect and the owner is super nice and very helpful. Location is perfect. 10 min walk to Nicastro station and 5 min to shops and restaurants. The appartment is very nice, WiFi very fast.

The room was very comfortable, big, two balconies, a fridge with free water, a boiler, a large bathroom, very good wifi ... etc. The owner is very friendly and informative. It was closed to a lot of shops and restaurants as it is at 5 minutes walk from the centre of Nicastro.
The only difficulty was I didn't know that Lamezia Terme consisted, in fact, of what was before 3 separate towns, and Nicastro is the furthest from the sea (17 km). So it is a very good place to stay, and very recommended, but if you want to enjoy the sea, you have to have a vehicule. There are public transports, but not very manageable (at least at the beginning) ....

A really stylish, modern interior, with lovely decorative touches in a great, quiet location, but very close to the town centre.
Giancarlo is a very friendly host and gave us some excellent tips for restaurants and bars. Thank you. We will definitely return.
