good value for a short stay , host very accommodating , good communication and directions , within walking distance to train station and city centre .

Property feels outdated , with patched repairs, wires exposed . Freezer had some stuff left in after being defrost.

I had an apartment on my own. With a kitchen, large bedroom and bathroom, balcony. Really hot water in the bathroom. It was clean. Not in the center but only few minutes away. The owner was very friendly, I felt comfortable.

The facilities were not in such a good condition. Meny restorations and fixing should be made. These gave a sense of an outdated place. Also a bit hard to find for the first time. No signs, no street number. But in general I would visit again. Good value for money.

Everything is perfect. Fabio pick me up at the airport wich it is great. And the apartment has everything.

It was a Little hard to get to the place..but we managed.

The bathroom was spacious but everything was leaking water..the shower and bidet.

Very friendly and helpful host which made our stay an amazing experience. The host was kind enough to pick us and take us back to the airport. Showed us around Lamezia. The best host we have ever encountered ! Good value for money. Very close to the centre of Lamezia with shops near by !

Fabio was wonderful! he picked us up from the airport, showed us around the city, and recommended some places - very pleasant and nice person. The balcony was a good size and you live around locals 👌.

some parts of the place could be cleaner, 13 mins walk from the centre ( it's ok to walk at day but I don't know if I would have walked at night, but I believe that's a personal choice).

Big apartment in nice surroundings, flexible host who communicates swiftly and clearly, I liked everything about it.

The only things that were slightly inconvenient were clearly stated in the description (no internet, Italian breakfast which is kind of light for northern stomachs like mine, but good coffee) so there is really nothing to complain about at all.

Fabio was a great host! He picked us up from the airport, showed us the town around and gave us great tips. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We had a fantastic stay. It is a short walk to everything but in a very quiet location.

The host is a very nice person, who picked me up at the airport and also drove me to the main train station when I left. The apartment is large and clean. If you want to live like a local and see the locals, this is the place. From here it is a short walk (10 min) to the local train station or the center. Highly recommend!

Good location, nice and welcoming hosts. The apartment had everything you need in the room, bathroom and kitchen (to cook as well). Coffee, milk and few croissants were on the table (probably this was the breakfast). We didn't need it, so didn't ask additionally. Fabio (the host) contacted us in advance to know when and where we do arrive, so he can come and meet us. But we refused and came by walk. But he kindly drove us to the airport in the early morning, which was much appreciated! Grazie, Fabio!

It was a bit cold in the room, even though the A/C was turned on. Also the bed linen and blanket need to be refreshed. The rest was OK.

Nice flat in Lamezia Terme, everything you need is there. The host is so nice and helpful, he even brought me to the airport early in the morning, so friendly. I definitely recommend this place, I would stay there every time again.

Basic apartment, but excellent value for money. We spend here one night during our road trip.

Old furniture, but nothing too bad. Recommended for one night stays. A little bit tricky to find using GPS.

Kind and helpful host, good communication, free pick up from the airport

The host was very friendly and helpful, he picked us up from the railway station. That was very nice of him. And we could use the washing machine! And for the cold nights there was an electric heater in the bedroom.

The breakfast was only some packed buns, a pack of coffee and a liter of milk, to prepare our own coffee with. Corona was the excuse... The whole place and the area around it looked a bit run down, so did his car. It put us off at first. But actually the place was quite OK for the money.
