Modern Condo (WIFI & AC) 2 block walk to Boardwalk, Beach & Convention Center!
Condo moderne de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain avec grande enveloppe autour du pont pour profiter des belles nuits venteuses et du café du matin. Le condo offre beaucoup de fenêtres pour laisser passer la lumière naturelle. Le salon passe à une grande cuisine. La suite principale a un lit gigogne et une salle de bain complète privée, la deuxième chambre a un lit double avec un grand placard, la troisième chambre a deux lits superposés avec des lits simples sur le dessus (6 couchages), le condo offre une deuxième salle de bain complète, LES SERVIETTES NE SONT PAS INCLUS, buanderie chambre avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur, climatisation centrale et chauffage pour garder le condo confortable pour les grands groupes de 10 à 12 personnes. Il y a DEUX PLACES DE STATIONNEMENT; vous n'aurez pas à déplacer vos voitures pendant votre séjour. Promenez-vous facilement à 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage, de la promenade, du mini-golf, de l'aquarium, du centre de congrès, des concerts live gratuits, des parcs aquatiques, des manèges, des restaurants fabuleux, Fox Park, une piscine intérieure à proximité s'il pleut pendant votre séjour et plus encore ....

This place was great. Besides my wife and I we had 6 teenage girls and it was perfect, great location with many nearby restaurants. Girls walked up to the beach and boardwalk everyday.
The place was really clean and had everything we needed to cook meals and do laundry.

The property is exactly how pictured. We did have a bit of a issue getting the code to get in but it was quickly resolved. We might of had that issue because we were there during the blackout. When electricity was out on the whole island! William was very kind and communicated with us during that time. Thankfully we were one of the lucky ones who’s electric came back within 8 hours. We would definitely stay here again. Good location and great deck we could all hang out on! Only thing we would have like to have is a place to rinse ourselves and stuff off when coming back from the beach.

We came to Wildwood for a short weekend and were beyond impressed with this property! The location, cleanliness, and spaciousness of the condo were key. There were little details that enhanced our stay like labeled light switches, a well-stocked kitchen and efficient bed arrangement. It was centrally located to the Convention Center where our event was located. We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids. William was extremely responsive before and throughout our stay. We appreciated his communication. Caution: The parking lot at the condo was a bit tight so you have to dust off some drivers ed skills. We enjoyed the town of Wildwood and also enjoyed the kite festival and craft fair! We would happily return.

Would 100% stay again. Property was great, very clean and updated. Maybe a 4 minute walk to the beach/ boardwalk from the condo( that’s with me lugging a beach cart and a kid on shoulders). Multiple restaurants and liquor stores in walking distance.

Jeep Invasion
This was our 1st time at Wildwood, we went for the Jeep Invasion. The condo was almost exactly as pictured. We were not aware that there was not an elevator, so it was a pain to carry all of our luggage and coolers up 2 flights of stairs. The parking is tight, but there is at least 2 spots. The upstairs tenants/owner kept emptying his dogs baby pool over the balcony, all over my vehicle that had no doors or roof. The floors/walls are very thin or the upstairs tenants were exceptionally loud as it sounded like they were having roller skate/blade races all night long...every night! As far as the condo itself, it was clean for the most part, the floor felt as if you were walking on sand constantly. We would book here again.

Great location
Rented the condo while attending Barefoot Country Festival. Condo was within easy walking distance to the event. There was plenty of room for my nine family members. Condo was clean and well supplied. Would definitely rent again

Nice place and good location, especially with little kids. Good size bedrooms. Only complaint was carpet in living room was pretty worn(was really surprised to even see carpeting).

Place was very nice. We arrived to find the beds had been slept in so had to wash the sheets but apart from that, the place was extremely tidy. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the boardwalk. Would stay again. Thanks william

Wonderful time at the shore
The property was very clean and exactly what the pictures show online. It’s a great location. It’s close enough to the boardwalk to be convenient but far enough away that there’s no noise from it. Plenty of room for our extended family of 9. Only issues we had were slow moving shower drains and uncomfortable mattresses. Would stay again next year but probably think about mattress pads.

Family Vacay
This property was exactly what you see in pictures. We were all very comfortable and the place was immaculate. The only negative comment we have is that we could hear footsteps above and the first night kids next door were banging on the wall adjacent to one of the bedrooms. My husband walked over and told them which they were not aware of and the banging immediately stopped. Very nice set up!

Beautiful, spacious and very clean condo in the middle of everything you need in Wildwood!
The condo fit our group of 12 girls
perfectly- and that says a lot! The common area is large and spacious, as well as the outside porch areas. There’s so much room to hang out! Above all, the condo was very clean and the property manager was excellent- answering all of my questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed your Wildwood condo very much.It was a great place for a family vacation.
My wife and I were excited to spend some time with our children in Wildwood and the condo at Davis and Pacific did not dissapoint. The amentities were wonderful and it was like a home away from home. The boardwalk, beach and stores were all in walking distance and we felt very safe with all of our daily walks. We had very friendly neighbors and the noise level was never a problem. I'm not sure when we will be able to have another family vacation but when we do we will definitly keep this marvelous condo in mind. Thank you so very much for helping to make our family vacation a memorable one.

William’s condo was the absolute perfect place to stay for our girls trip!
This condo was everything we wanted for our girls trip. The condo was clean, fully stocked with bedding items, kitchen appliances and the AC system was great since the weather that weekend was very hot! There was 12 of us and we slept comfortably and had plenty of room to relax, cook, shower and enjoy ourselves. The condo was a quick walk to the beach, grocery store right near by and a quick uber ride to go out to dinner/out at night. William was very accommodating and was quick to answer any questions or recommendations we had. The checkin/checkout process was a breeze and I would highly recommend this condo whether it’s for a girls trip, family vacation or a weekend getaway to the beach.
