Check in automatisch ohne persönlichen Kontakt. Die mit einem Code zu öffnende Schlüsselbox hat nicht funktioniert. Glücklicherweise konnte dann über die Hausklingel jemand erreicht werden, worauf uns geöffnet wurde. Die Villa Tell gibt keine Gästekarten aus. In anderen Hotels selbstverständlich.

The room is super nice. It completely met our expectations! The apartmen is clean, roomy and equipped with the high quality forniture. The location is super quiet and very close to the center. We got engaged here and we definately will come back again. :) Thank you Beatrice for your hospitality.

Well, I did expect a much better breakfast for a 5-star evaluation, even during COVID times; the breakfast was mediocre at best. Coordination with the staff as well as the staff's knowledge about public transportations could have been better as well.

Villa Tell Rooms is a really exceptional place to stay. Beatrice who manages the Villa puts a lot of personal effort into this beautiful place. The rooms are all new and the beds are very comfortable. The bath is spotless , with an open shower, heating rail where you can put your towels and very spacious in general. My room had a lovely balcony where I could sit and relax. Beatrices was a great help in giving me some tips what to do, they also have free maps in the hotel which helps to get some directions for Meran. Town is about 10 minutes away and a nice walk leads you along the river to the city center. The hotel has a parcing facility in the shade which is really great as I had some shopping in the car and so it didn't get too hot! There is also some outdoor seating for breakfast with some big garden trees, to enjoy your breakfast in the monring. This place is a real hidden gem! Only 5 rooms are available so its great for people who are individual travellers and don't like the big hotels. The combination between old and new style is really beautiful. And they also had German TV! I definatey will come back again!
