bed, pillows were not super comfortable and heating didn’t heat the bedroom as vent unit was in the living room. lack of patio or terrace made it feel a little claustrophobic although common areas included pool and jacuzzi

Nice studio very clean with new furniture. The area with the pool is nice.

You have to go in another hotel to do the check in but no clear indication about this and how to find the hotel. A note with a map should be added at the door/gate.

Loved our time here. Great location. very quiet with easy access.

Instructions to the location of keys which was different from the location of the facilities. After 90 mins of negotiation and emailing/phoning with Booking.com we did get a compensation.

It takes time to get keys and the reception does not response to phone calls...

There was absolutely zero essentials in the property in terms of cooking, not even salt and pepper, and no chopping board or cafetière or kettle. The property did not have working hot water and when we arrived at reception in the evening to pick up keys we had to wait for 45 minutes despite there only being 3 people ahead of us in the queue.

Wifi was bad. The kitchen is not very inviting and not well equipped.
