Only a shared bathroom on a lower floor and no sink or toilet in room, really poor quality for price

It was good value for money, clean and comfortable, and the landlord and lady were friendly and helpful. Down a quiet alley, very close to beach and centre of town. Our room was a bedsit style with kitchen area, microwave, fridge and and hob. It was on 2nd floor and very quiet.
Pub was lively, lots of fruit machines, sports screens and live music, it might have been noisy in the evenings on 1st floor rooms. The toilets and shower cubicle were on first floor down steep steps.

Right in the centre Town by the seafront did struggle to find somewhere to park but if you fit and happy to walk about 10 minutes there's free parking at the far end of town, the staff were helpful and I would say it's value for money I would definitely stay there again

Lovely place,shared bathroom but for the price you can't fault it.

No breakfast. Customers and staff are very welcoming. Also very friendly. I had my best night out with them in a long time. I would stay there again.

Good price , the proprietor describes accurately what the facilities are .
At the weekend the pub below has entertainment and is very vibrant ! If you’re up to partying go down and join ‘em! You never know you might enjoy yourself!
if you are after a quiet night in this is not the place for you , stick another £100 on your bill and find someplace else . That said at 23:00 it stops , end of. which is not ‘ unreasonable. I am not putting this in the negative section as it a subjective view and I was ok with it , others my not be .

The location is fantastic, right in the centre of Dawlish. The people are fantastic, great hosts, never wanted for anything and couldn't be more helpful. Thank you so much to Gary, Tracy and Emma for a great stay and would not think twice about booking there again when I next come and visit my friend in Dawlish! The room was comfy, warm and had everything that I needed for my 2 night stay.

Extremely noisy at night. Live music made the floor shake. Not even good bands.

said off street parking which is not true loud music to be expected at a pub however continued to 2am and vibration went through the bed.
