House smelt damp, Vanity had water damage and draws would not open, Frig was not clean and had a smell, Wall oven was held together with silver tap, most of the storage space in the house was looked and what was advertised as a car port was now a Garage and was also looked and could not be used, the pool looks great on the photos but is far from that !. We found it so bad for over $300 per night the we asked to be moved to another property.

Couple of issues but overall still definitely worth the money. Place was tiled which was cool, (like literary cool in winter, all good, they have reverse cycle, if you can work out which remote to use, not too difficult! would also be cool in summer obviously). Unfortunately there is a lot of sand near the beach, which is only a stones throw away. The kids and I thought this was convenient and actually absolutely amazing, although if your like my hubby and are scared of sand- I know right.....WE CAME TO THE BEACH!! -You can be happy in knowing there are two showers located downstairs, one cold, and one hot next to the laundry (very handy for us mums) The hot water tank is very reasonable until you have kids out surfing mid winter, early morning and think a hot shower will fix them....then you may need to wait to use the beautiful big bath!! We loved our stay. Could do with an extra scrub and detail every now n then, but didn't affect our holiday. Will come back for sure Did I mention convenient to beach and can hear the bliss of ocean!!!!!

We picked up keys during the day when the real estate agency was open. Are not sure what you would do after hours. Pool is excellent. Very nice deck and living room area. Large under-house patio also.

There is poor airflow in the bedroom with bunk beds and the available fans were not sufficient to improve this. Property is having minor renovations, but this did not affect our stay. Linens had to be paid for separately and obtained from the office or provided yourself which is a limitation.

swimming pool had not been cleaned in a long time properly and a big house like that needs more air conditions in it. tv didn’t work and kitchen was dirty

The floor was dusty and dirty and the TV, Satellite installation and DVD did not work, the batteries were old and greasy. There are wire balustrades internally that leave to much opportunity for a baby to fall, so barricading the building off for a crawling little person is a challenge

Not much. Just maybe the pool cleaned more often. Toooo many leaves. But otherwise really good👌Actually. A bigger TV 📺 would Have helped. The Loungeroom is Sooo big. TV 📺 was a little small. But was All good. We coped🥳
