No puedo decir solo una cosa. La estancia ha sido PERFECTA. Superando expectativas. La amabilidad de los empleados, destacando la acogida de Roí. Los apartamentos nuevos, limpios, mucho menaje de cocina (no he visto un microondas más silencioso que ese). Contraventanas que dejan a oscuras la habitación, temperatura agradable (puedes regularla), ubicación de 11. Silencio. No sé si es que había pocos huéspedes pero no escuché nada. La presión de la ducha y el agua super caliente es de agradecer. Entre sus servicios tienes paraguas chulísimos disponibles para usar, 4 cápsulas de café Nespresso, toallas grandes y mullidas. Tostadora, cafetera, hervidor de agua... VOLVERÉ MUCHAS MAS VECES. GRACIAS

Por decir algo (para ayudar a la perfección...) - las luces iluminan poco. - las almohadas de plumas muy incómodas.

El apartamento está bien equipado con todo lo necesario y está muy bien situado justo enfrente del mercado de Bolhao. Muy bien comunicado por metro y autobús. Luz y el personal de recepción muy atentos.

Everything was just perfect! All the details were amazing.

Wij kwamen rond 23:30 uur aan bij de receptie. Er was een erg aardige nieuwe medewerker aanwezig. Hij ging alle leuke dingen in Porto voor ons omcirkelen op de plattegrond. Hij nam de tijd ondanks dat het bijna middernacht was. Voor de rest was het erg handig dat de medewerkers via WhatsApp communicerende, bijvoorbeeld met de vraag of housekeeping moest langskomen de volgende dag of niet. Uitchecken hoefde ook niet, zowel de ingang van het appartementencomplex en de voordeur van het appartement werken met een code.

Feedback: Het water van de de douche bij appartement 3B duurde lang voordat het warm was en soms werd deze erg koud.

The property is housed is a heritage building and so the apartment had high ceilings and space for a family of three.

The two long and steep flights of stairs leading to the lift. Perhaps they could have advised those who are elderly like me to choose an alternative location or afford less inconvenient accommodation?

Appartamento accogliente e vicinissimo al centro e a tutto quello che c'è da vedere. Supermercato a 10 metri e di fronte al mercato di Balhao. Perfetto per 4 persone.

Sólo las escaleras para ir al primer piso, si traes mucho equipaje pesado. Después vale la pena el esfuerzo🤗

Localização, decoração, serviço de recepção (muito simpáticos e colaborastes, respondiam imediatamente aos WhatsApp).

Estávamos hospedados no quarto 2A e num dos quartos, ouvia-se muito o hóspede de cima a andar e a madeira do chão a ranger. Estava a dormir e acordei várias vezes com esse barulho. De resto, gostei de tudo!

Clean - the property was spotless. The bedding was so comfortable, high quality. The shower had great pressure and had no drainage issues. There was a kettle was tea and coffee. We appreciated wine glasses and plenty of plates, cups, bowls. The TV and added Netflix was a real nice bonus. I appreciated the 24/7 and prompt communication. Our room was cleaned and towels changed upon request.

I wish the shower had a door - as water splashed everywhere and you had to be careful. More setting as the sofa was only a two seater (you could squeeze three) People above were loud for one night - lots of stomping. Seemed a one off.

The location was excellent. A short metro ride away from the main train station in Porto. The staff at the reception office were helpful and engaging. They took time to explain everything to us, allowed us to store out luggage until the apartment had been fully prepared, and gave us a map and recommendations for places to visit. The apartment was fantastic: we were on the top floor but the lift was available and made it easy to get access throughout the day. Great views over the top of the market and across the city. A genuinely delightful stay!

Malgré un double vitrage, le bruit de fond de l’avenue.

We had a 2 BR apartment that was well laid out, recently renovated and very clean. Location was central but not noisy and short walk to main tourist attractions. There was a well equipped kitchenette if you want to cook but so many options at your doorstep so we didn’t use. The staff were super helpful and gave some great recommendations for places to eat and go such as a fado within 5 minutes walk and was great. Would highly recommend this place and would stay here again. One small issue for some less mobile is that there is a flight of stairs before getting the lift from first floor. I am sure if you asked the staff would assist with getting luggage up and down the stairs.

We loved our stay in this property! Everything about it was fantastic. Perfect location, cleanliness, the host and hostess were very attentive, the bedding was very comfortable. We would stay there again for sure!

We stayed in unit 4A and it was wonderful. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a kitchen and living room Between them. The building seems newly renovated - it’s all very comfortable and beautiful. Great service and communications from the staff. Great location. Everything is walkable. I’d definitely stay here again.
