This home was cozy, inviting, and truly homey. It's a rental that actually makes you want to stay at the house and not have to go out. The home was extremely clean and had everything and more that you would need when staying. The hosts were lovely and so kind to us. We enjoyed not being right on the square, so we felt more immersed in the community and loved getting to walk everywhere. The check-in and check-out process was super smooth. We will definitely be staying again when we come back next!

The Mockingbird Cottage was absolutely perfect - clean, perfectly decorated, walking distance to downtown square, well-stocked with everything needed for a weekend getaway. The bed was very comfortable. Smart TV allowed for streaming our favorite show during one rainy afternoon. Breakfast nook was perfect for morning coffee - they have a Keurig and a French press! We will definitely return the next time we visit Bentonville! Thank you!!!

This is a beautiful cottage in a great location. Easy walk to trails, museums, restaurants and shopping. It couldn’t have been nicer and Kevin is an awesome host.

My husband and I came to Bentonville for a wedding and stayed at Mockingbird cottage. It was extremely cozy, clean, and comfortable. We loved the decor and sweet landscaping and we slept very well in the king bed. If we find ourselves returning to this area, we will definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood was charming and so close to downtown shops, restaurants and the museum. Would highly recommend.

Where to start? The cottage is perfectly situated for a couple’s stay in downtown Bentonville. It’s a very pleasant walk to anything within the area. The cottage is very tastefully decorated and has literally anything one could want for an extended stay. (The linens and the bed were incredible!). Now, as far as cleanliness is concerned? Absolutely “spotless”! Hands down the cleanest property we have ever rented, by a loooong ways. “White Glove” clean. Communication with our host Kevin? I have no idea how it could be improved. He is fantastic. As a couple, you absolutely cannot go wrong renting the Mockingbird Cottage. It will be our first choice whenever a visit is planned to this area. Thanks again, Kevin, for the greatest VRBO experience we’ve ever had!

We loved our accommodations at Mockingbird Cottage! The cottage was immaculate & very nicely decorated with touches of Holiday decor which made it that much more special for our visit. The bed & pillows were very comfortable & we slept great! The house is a very short walk to the Bentonville Town Square so location was perfect. Kevin was excellent in his communication with us & even had the cottage ready early for our arrival. Highly recommended for a perfect place to stay in Bentonville!!

This was our 2nd time staying at the cottage and it’s been great both stays. The location can’t be beat; walking distance to restaurants, coffeehouses, and everywhere you need to go. The cottage is extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and has a cozy bed with great linens and pillows. You feel at home the minute you walk in the door. The owners have thought of every detail, are easy to communicate with, and very helpful. We can’t wait for our next visit!

We had a most delightful stay at Mockingbird Cottage near downtown Bentonville. My husband and I stayed there to avoid a long drive home after attending a concert in Rogers, AR. The cottage was charmingly decorated and thoughtfully outfitted with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable and convenient, with more than enough space for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable with a variety of different pillows to suit any preference. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and basic toiletries were provided. The kitchen was equipped with all the basics (you could easily book an extended stay there and prepare your own meals) and there were also some packaged snacks, beverages and filtered water provided, which was a pleasant surprise. It was a short walk through a quiet, pleasant neighborhood to get to all the restaurants, bars and attractions downtown. We had no occasion to contact the hosts directly, but they had left plenty of printed information about the unit and the area to help us enjoy our stay. We have nothing but good things to say about Mockingbird Cottage. If our plans take us to the Bentonville area in the future, we would happily stay there again!

This was my second time staying at the Mockingbird Cottage. As with my previous stay, everything was wonderful! I can tell a lot of thought went into the decor, information provided, and overall setting of the cottage. It is a wonderful respite close within walking distance to the square in Bentonville. The only problem is that we did not want to leave the cottage because of how relaxing it was. Everything you could need was provided and the owner's communication was wonderful. Looking forward to our next stay!

The Mockingbird Cottage was even better than we expected. The cottage was really cute, clean and well organized. It was the perfect size for two people. We stayed for only a couple of nights. We parked the car upon arrival and didn't drive again till we left for home. The cottage is located near the downtown and the trails leading to Crystal Bridges. We loved being able to walk downtown for breakfast and dinner. In the evening, after a full day of hiking, we relaxed on the comfy couch. I loved the breakfast nook, I used it as my office to get some work done as my husband slept in. The only downside was I was a little allergic to the clothes detergent and had itchy eyes toward the end. However if I stayed longer, I'd just wash everything in unscented detergent. The bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood was so quiet. Kevin, the owner, was friendly and so responsive. He gave a great recommendation for dinner and we had the best meal of the week! I'd highly recommend staying in the Mockingbird Cottage!

This guest house was so pretty and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, and there are many nearby restaurants to try. The shower is amazing!! We loved staying here!

The cottage is amazing. It’s warm and welcoming and is as comfortable as it looks. The King bed is excellent. Living room furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is super-well equipped. Easy walk to downtown and the trails. We’ll be back!

Amazing cottage a pleasure to stay the perfect location

The mockingbird cottage was a perfect place to stay to enjoy everything that Bentonville has to offer. It’s location makes accessing the greenway, Crystal Bridges, the square and various restaurants and shops super easy. Each morning my wife and I began with a bike ride on the greenway and then were able to walk or ride our bikes to breakfast. The cottage includes everything you need for a relaxing stay We will definitely return to stay at this property on our next visit to Bentonville.

This place really is amazing. The location is great to access the mountain bike trails and downtown. Kevin was great and messaged me info but otherwise left us alone. If I had any complaint, and it's not really, it's that the cottage has a real key. I realized on the last day that if I didn't want to carry it, I could have stuck it in the box and used the code to retrieve it.

Our second stay at this property and it was great both times. Spacious and comfortable for two. Great bath and shower. Easy walking distance to the square and great restaurants. If it is available, it is definitely the one you want.
